  We recently contracted Absolute Home Improvements for chimney repairs along with roof, skylights and gutter replacement. We could not be happier with the selection of AHI as our contractor. Sam ********, the owner, was knowledgeable and great to work with. He was very responsive via both text and email from the initial sales call through the end of the project. The AHI crews were timely and completed each phase of the project with quality workmanship. They also did an extremely thorough clean-up job. Upon completion, Sam and his supervisor Joe walked the property to review the work performed and to address any questions or concerns we might have. We had a small flashing issue and Sam had his team addressed it immediately. Sam takes pride in his business and his team and it shows. Very impressive customer service. AHI’s pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. Only required payment once the job was completed and we were 100% satisfied with the results. Will definitely look to AHI for any future exterior home improvement projects and would highly recommend. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are an 11 ! After you speak to Sam and AHI, there will be no need to contact any other contractor. Sam and his team are the best!!

  We had Sam and his crew from Absolute Home Improvements replace our hail damaged roofs on our house and garage. They did outstanding work. Great communications with Sam. I would definitely recommend them to work with.

  I had Absolute Home Improvements repair my roof, gutters and partial siding. Sam's communication was outstanding! He kept me up to date with calls and texts every step of the way, from the estimate to the final cleanup. I was a bit worried about my gazebo roof as my husband built it and it is a good 25 years old. The men did a great job and the final result is amazing. His crew was always on time, polite, skilled and left no mess behind. Five stars hands down—couldn’t ask for a better team. I would highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements to anyone needing a home improvement done right.

  We hired Sam from Absolute Home Improvements for a full roof and siding replacement and they absolutely delivered. Sam's communication was top-notch. He kept us in the loop with calls and texts every step of the way, from the estimate to the final cleanup. Sam helped us with an idea for a problem with our porch pole and it came out fantastic. His crews were always on time, polite, skilled and left no mess behind. Five stars hands down—couldn’t ask for a better team.   Absolute Home Improvements came highly recommended by a coworker. They did not disappoint! Sam was easy to work with, walked me through all the steps. The results exceeded my expectations. His crew and follow up people were all courteous, showed up on time and cleaned everything, not to mention their impeccable work. They went out of their way to assure my satisfaction.   This was the first time using Absolute Home Improvements for our home and I would definitely use them again. I can't recommend them enough! From the first phone call I could tell they would do everything we needed and more. Sam was great to work with, along with all his workers. Sam met with the insurance agent with me to make sure everything was accounted for in our claim. We had a new roof put on, gutters, down spouts, siding and even a new window and door. All the workers showed up when we were told they would and everyone knew exactly what they needed to accomplish that day. The craftmanship of their work was impeccable. It looks like we have a brand new house! Again, I can't recommend them enough and they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

  From the start of our home remodel/repair, Sam was on top of every detail. We had previously contracted with AHI for a roof repair and loved the level of service so much that AHI was the only call we needed to make after our home was damaged by significant hail. We worked with Sam to prepare the insurance quote as well as some other desired repairs that would essentially make our home maintenance free on the exterior. Our project considered of a full roof repair to start with gutters and the crew couldn't have done a better job. Everyone showed up on time and clearly knew exactly what to do. The roof only took a single day for about 1,500sf and gutters followed another day. We had a small portion of the project that was planned to remove the front awning, which we discovered was infeasible due to existing structure during demolition. While initially disappointed, we came up with a plan that was mutually agreeable to improve the aesthetic of the house. The craftsmanship is amazing and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The second part of our project was new siding, soffit and fascia. This part occurred about 4 weeks after the roof and was scheduled for 3 days. Similar to The roof work, the crew showed up on time and tackled each day with full force. The foreman Hoo was fantastic, his command of the project and dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed. The only hiccup in the process was the miscommunication about using vented soffit on the entire project versus a mixture of vented and solid. We agreed to stick with the mixture of soffit that showed up on site to keep the project on schedule. After just 2 days, the project was substantially complete and only required a minor return to correct some sealant and adjust downspouts after the new cladding was installed. Overall, there is no one else I could've ever imagined tackling this project as efficiently and professionally like Sam and his team did. I will be recommending them to anyone.
