I love the look of the product but had a small issue with a part. **************** was incredible and after contacting them and having them look at the issues via photos they are sending me a new replacement part. Total time from contacting them, to Peragon sending me a new part was less than 24 hours. This company is whole reason behind buying American made. Outstanding customer service.

I have had the cover for about 7 months at time of issue. The paneling came apart in two places while extending it out which to me is a catastrophic failure for a bed cover. After multiple reach outs Peragon is not willing to due anything to resolve the issue. I bought the top of the line cover with 5 year warranty but instead im left with a $1300 scrap due to them not willing to do anything to help. 2015 silverado short bed, look elsewhere for a quality company.

Our notes from May 2nd are that you had concerns about water leakage and had removed the Peragon cover from your truck. Eight months is beyond our return policy, but we offered to provide troubleshooting support and requested photos of your cover so we could assist, which we haven't received.The panel pins coming apart will not happen in normal use with a properly functioning cover, so we can absolutely help figure out why that happened and work with you to prevent it from happening again.We are always happy to take as much time in support and provide replacement parts where needed to take care of a customer! Purchasing a quality bed cover made in the USA can be a difficult task as many bed covers are made in other countries. Peragon fit the bill as they build their bed covers in America and they are of high quality. Pros: Hard cover that helps protect items stored in the bed of your truck, about 99% water tight, easy to use, and best of all...one button to release the entire folded bed cover so you can use all of your bed space. Cons: None so far. Hints: Installing by yourself can take some time, at least for me, so I recommend having a helper. Purchase the tailgate seal kit like I did as it helps prevent water from being sucked up into the bed at highway speeds when driving in the rain.

I purchased my bed topper over a month ago and could not be happier with my decision. It is sleek, works fantastic and I get a lot of comments on how well it complements my truck. Installation was a breeze and I love that it bolts to my factory bed hardware and I didn't have to drill into my truck bed. It took around 45 minutes to install by myself. I have a tri-fold topper on my 98 Chevy 1500 and this is by far a much better topper. Extremely smooth operation, easy to open, close and remove when needed. Customer service is AMAZING!! I ordered my topper before I had my truck. I was told I had a 5.5 foot bed but when the truck was delivered I quickly found that I actually had a 6.5 foot bed. (Happy me) I called customer service, explained my situation and Austin had the correct cover shipped right away and sent me return shipping labels for the one I had. Here's the great thing - customer service answered on the SCEOND ring! No message asking me to pick my language or asking to explain my problem or terrible hold music. Just a real person that wanted to help me. Paragon is now my "Go-To" bed topper company. Thanks Austin.

I've had this cover almost 100 days. It is well made, seals out water as well as others I have had, and looks good on the truck. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the way I use my truck. This is partially my fault for not thinking it through fully before I bought. However, customer service is outstanding. Heather was cheerful and very helpful with my return and the process was virtually seamless. This company walks the talk. That's rare these days. They're so nice, I almost feel guilty returning it.

I have owned this cover for 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about. It's low profile gives a sleek look that blends in seamlessly. It easily removes within a minute or 2 and the cover actually fits on the back floor of the truck. Customer service is second to none. I had a strut that blew out recently and I contacted customer support about purchasing a pair of new ones. Much to my surprise they informed me that it was covered under warranty and shipped my 2 new struts for free. I wasn't even aware the cover had a warranty much less after 3 years since purchased. They could have easily sold me a pair of new struts and I would have been none the wiser. But Peragon did the right thing and stood by their product even if I wasnt aware of the warranty. Not many companies out there like that nowadays. Thanks again Peragon for an excellent cover and excellent support.
