      On 3/28/24 chirping/squealing started upon driving the vehicle. I contacted the sales agent 3/29, 3/29, and 4/1 sending video and audio of the chirping while driving. The response was that it was because of the *** transmission and the milage of the car there will be winding noises. This was not the case as the sound was coming from the passenger side versus the transmission. During purchase the car was sold as is with the known issues however the chirping and squealing was not disclosed prior to purchase. I contacted the manager on 4/5, 4/8, and 4/10 leaving multiple messages regarding the concern. No attempts to reply were made from the manager for any resolution.

      Attached is a signed copy of the Buyer's guide that disclosed issues the customer is complaining about. The customer knew when she purchased the car it has issues. We are not going to fix the car or reimburse the customer for fixing it.

      I waited over two weeks to get my vehicle, because it needed to be inspected, there was a dent needing repair, and tires to be put on the vehicle. After getting the vehicle home, we were driving on some back roads and began to hear a clunking sound. We are one hour and 20 minutes from the dealer. Scheduled to take it to the Subaru in ********* the following Friday. After they inspected it, it was determined that the struts needed replacement. They were unable to locate warranty information so they had to contact international Subaru to get this information. The estimate came to over $1700. The warranty covered a good portion of it, and I had to pay the remaining balance of $385. I did email the sales person about it, who in turn had the sales manager email me back. The same sales manager that I had refused to work with in purchasing this vehicle because of how he treated us. I responded to his email, and got no response back. This is unacceptable. If this vehicle was inspected, this wouldve been found by the mechanic.

      I bought a 2011 Honda civic from this dealership and was promised that the car was ready to go. The dealership sent me the car fax and their report on work done. The engine light came on shortly after leaving the dealership as well as the tire pressure light. I live 70 miles away from the dealership. I called the next day asking for it to be repaired as the paperwork we completed said these things were already done. Because of the distance I asked for them to pick it up and drop it off when complete. They said we will send someone out on Monday 2/27/2023. On that day at 4:00 pm they called to tell me due to weather it wont get picked up until Tuesday. Now today March 1st they fixed the car but refuse to have to brought back to me. I am upset as I drove all the way out there once. They agreed to picking it up and bring it back and now say they wont.

      I had brought a used vehicle in December of 2020 at International Auto. When I was signing all the papers, I did not know that I had signed for an extended warranty. I then tried to cancel it the paperwork was not yet filled. it did not get filed until i requested it to end a few more times. Then the financial person finally canceled it in He would not give me paperwork to show it was canceled. I had checked with them for my refund multiple times. he kept saying due to Covid would take longer to get it back. I called again in 02/2022. the company said that the policy was not canceled yet. I had to go bad to the dealership that sold me the car. there they will not answer my questions.

      My girlfriend and I bought a 2014 for ficus on 6/12/21 and approximately 2 weeks and less than ***** miles it began to have transmission issues. So I contacted the dealership on 6/30/21 to make a service appointment for 7/5/21. On the morning of 7/5/21 was called by the service manager and he said to take it to a **** dealership cause they dont have the proper equipment to service the transmission. So now I have to wait another week to have my car looked at by a **** dealership!! So then I called the sales manager and talked to him were he also told me he knew **** had lots of problems with the focus transmissions in my model year car and that I should take it to the **** dealership. I told him it wouldve been nice to know that before we bought the car!! Cause then we wouldve looked at buying something different!!! He said they checked the transmission when they got it and it was fine even tho I was just told by the service manager they didnt have the equipment to service it..

      The customer told us he let his girlfriend drive the car who didnt have much experience with the manual transmission. There was clear signs of misuse and lots of clutch shavings from bad shifting. The vehicle was inspected and sold in perfectly working order.
