    I am taking the time to write this review, to help someone else who is looking for good quality windows fair pricing and a company who knows how to install windows. I talked to 5 contractors whose prices were 2 x more than David’s bid. I asked their input about the window on the 2nd floor that had a gap at the top- they just said, sure we can replace that. David, however, looked at the window , said if you are doing just 1 window- do this one- I think there may be water damaged. He was right ! The was water coming from outside, then going to 1st floor window causing damage there also, Carpenter ants had been there, lots of rotting wood. James, who did installing was able to fix all of it, repaired boards, insulated - he is amazing installer - able to take all the trim off with out it even cracking. The new vinyl windows look like a high quality wood window, and match my other windows. It is, hard to know who to trust, and you can, trust this business, and trust the quality of these windows. I agree with the other comments posted on this review.

    I hired Arctic Sun Windows to replace all of the windows at my house. From the first meeting to the final walk-through post installation, I was superbly pleased. Dave was thorough, honest and courteous... a true professional. They were ready for work on the day and time scheduled and completed the project on time. Couldn't be happier. I've already recommended them to the number of my friends and family.

    I had 16 windows replaced - basically my whole house. James explained all of my options, showed me a sample, and was very communicative and informative. He also gave me a very good quote, and I knew that the work would be done well because I got a recommendation from my neighbor who used them for two houses. The install was amazing! James and Colt are not only super nice guys, but most importantly, they did a phenomenal job. They were extremely professional, tidy, and I couldn't be happier with my windows. The install was so fast - they really know their windows! I would highly recommend Arctic Sun Windows to anyone looking for new windows.
