New Roof on house and garage Project #3 with Frey Construction was a success and I am very happy with the results. Your staff is amazing! Grant was so very helpful making the roof selection. Ashley was always prompt and helpful with answering my email/questions/concerns. Nick ( I think they call him Farmer) was the first on site at 7 am and the last to leave in the evening. He was efficient and always so helpful with all of my questions/concerns. Justin was also available and monitoring the project. I was absolutely in awe as the "******" driver moved the dumpster and placed it next to the house. As well as watching *** ****** back up my driveway and unload the shingles on the garage and house. I took videos and photos. The company that repainted and kitchen ceiling was also great and you would never notice that it had been patched. Again, I was very impressed with all of your staff that assisted in the project. Frey Construction will always to my #1 choice for any home improvement! *******

Frey Construction replaced our roof and partial gutter. They are exceptional in all aspects; the work quality, professionalism, courteous, and knowledgeable. We commend every team member. They were diligent in the quality of the work, did more than was expected, debris and nails were non-existent. The property was left spotless. Frey did a fantastic job finishing our basement. They were professional, great communicators, and did great work. We were impressed with their organization and project management, frequency of communication, and diligence in updating the shared schedule. Working with a contractor can feel scary and vulnerable, but working with Frey on our bathroom and laundry room renovation was an absolute dream. From the moment we met with Sam, we had a collaborative partner in every step of the process. He had amazing insight, tips, and tricks for making the entire project look good and run as smoothly as possible. The whole group of subcontractors were also respectful, organized, and neat, and our project was completed in a super timely fashion. Frey construction did the job better than expected. I had a poorly insulated attic. Frey evaluated it and advised me what should be done. Not pushy, friendly and professional. They sealed air leaks and blew in more insulation. Done on time and on budget. Since then no more ice forming on our steel roof as before and our furnace has not kicked in yet because our little fireplace has been heating the house. We will recoup the cost in no time. Frey did my basement remodel. Got it done in a reasonable time. They were responsive when things didn't go exactly according to plan (which they inevitably will on any large project), and I love the finished product. They were very helpful in walking me through the selection process. We contracted with Frey Construction to replace porch railings on two porches, porch stairs and railings for front and back porches, porch decking, and several storm doors. The house is over 100 years old so there were some unique challenges that required some custom work and materials to complete the project. The Frey team did an excellent job with helping to select and order the best materials for the work. The construction teams provided great workmanship, kept the job site clean and orderly, and were on site each day as promised. We are totally satisfied with the end results and plan on contacting them in the future for additional projects on the house.Frey Construction and Home Improvement LLC Response
