Received a quote for our roof, and met over 3 times to get a quote for additional work (namely siding and some custom carpentry) we signed a contract for our roof on June 6th and placed a 5,500.00 down payment. Since that date, we were NEVER contacted by our project manager once. I called and/or texted approximately every 2weeks to obtain a start date(we need a new roof!!! Our damaged roof will not survive another winter.) it was very difficult to obtain any response from Mike H., when he did reply to us he always had an excuse why they couldn’t give me a date for the start of our roof, nor did he ever provide us a quote for the siding project we also need done. We literally met 3 times to go over and over what we needed/wanted done. Last meeting was second week of September, at which time mike promised job would be started in 2weeks. This is the last time I have heard from him. He has ignored a dozen phone calls, and 6 plus texts frim my husband and I. Not professional. Last week of October when we were ignored over one month we request a refund of our deposit, which Brian (who answered company telephone) promised he would return immediately. We have not received our deposit back, now no one from the company will answer our calls and I need to seek legal actions to obtain our deposit back so we can fix our roof before the snow damages the interior of our house.
