Ordered and received a good quality product. The company signed me up for a VIP account that includes a monthly charge. I am in the process of getting refunded for an account I did not sign up for. They claim it is because I provided my email address (which I did to receive my receipt) and it is in the fine print. I have ordered from many companies over the years and this has never happened before. This is very deceitful.I have requested a full refund and to remove me immediately.I see other reviews where they replied I would have received a welcome packet in my email. I received no such welcome email. Do not give them your email or you will get charged for this.Silver Star Brands, Inc. Response

Ordered and received an excellent product. The company signed me up for a VIP account that includes a monthly charge. I am in the process of getting refunded for an account I did not sign up for. They claim it is there in the fine print. I have ordered from many companies over the years and this has never happened before. They are preying on seniors and people who want to live independently. I give one star because it won't let me do less. This company charges you double when you place an order and takes both monies out of your bank account balance. What's worse, when you get your order due and pay that amount and hit ''order'', it takes the money right out of your bank account. Then Miles Kimball takes that money plus one or two cents MORE, out of your account, taking double the money for the order deducted from your bank balance. then they give you the lesser amount back in supposedly 3-5 days, using your own money for themselves for that time, and also stealing one or two more cents from you and using it for their own gain. THIS IS ROBBERY, IT IS ILLEGAL AND IT IS STEALING. No one authorized them to take out extra money from my bank account just because they can. This practice must be stopped. You need to watch your bank account. My order was $80.19. They took out $80.19 AND $80.20 BOTH from my account balance. They did not give it back until 5 days later after my order shipped and my order was $80.19 and that's what they gave me back, keeping the $80.20. If they keep one or two cents from each customer, think of what they are stealing. THIS IS STEALING OUR MONEY AND IT IS ILLEGAL AND MUST STOPSilver Star Brands, Inc. Response

Our company, as well as banks or credit card issuers, are accountable for having Fraud Detection tools in place to help protect themselves, as well as their customers. When you place an order, your credit card company verifies the funds are available and then reserves those funds. We are unable to systematically void them, and the release of funds must be done per your bank or card issuers regulations. Our suggestion is to contact your provider to find out what their specific regulations are for releasing these pre-authorizations.We do not make the actual charge to your credit card until the orders ships from our facility.Review from Customer C

I had no idea what to expect but I can tell by their 1.28 Stars that the company is very bad. I wrote a review for their brand Native Remedies about 2 weeks ago and they hid it so people won’t see the truth. The only negative reviews they have visible are about one sentence long and say the product doesn’t work as opposed to detailed ones. I said it didn’t work for me. Instead of decreasing like it said it would, it intensified the condition; a paradoxical reaction. I inform people they should buy on ****** if they want to try and see if it works for them, it’s cheaper and there’s a month for free for returns (prime)… I regret buying on the website because return shipping is anywhere from $10-14 I have to pay myself and the bottle was over $40, so I’m losing taxes and shipping. I only used for 3 days which I could’ve easily returned for free on ******. When I emailed I was told “they have a “generous one year return policy”. It would be “generous” if I could have actually tried it more than 3 days. When I asked if it was normal for the condition to intensify but then stop and then have a positive effect…I got no answer to that question, instead a generic, copy and pasted answer reiterated on the dosage. We are very sorry for your poor experience.Homeopathic remedies can increase the symptoms that you are trying to get rid of. In homeopathy it is called an aggravation or healing response. This does not always happen, but when it does it generally will last for ***** hours. It is actually a great sign that the homeopathic medicine is working, and they can expect long lasting resolution of symptoms.We would be happy to refund if you choose to.Review from Robin S

Deceptive order promises. I added a couple of items to meet the minimum order for free shipping and 10% off only to find out that it requires a subscription. I tried to remove the extra items but the order had been finalized. I have preferred credit and when I go to check out it is not offered. I have been trying to place an order for several months and I'm unable to. I have contacted Walter Drake several times and have followed directions to solve this problem and none have worked. Very disappointed!Silver Star Brands, Inc. Response

We apologize for this issue. When placing your order, you would need to have your address exactly like it is on your account. It is possible that autofill is turned on and there may be space or something in here address that is causing the ** payment option not to show up. I tried to place an order online. It would not accept my card. Called customer service for support. They told me to order by phone. I verbally reordered all items only to find out that they would not honor any online discounts. I cancelled that order. Then I discovered even though they would NOT accept the card online, they now have 3 pending charges on my card, which ties that up. I have called their customer support to only get NO support. They cannot explain WHY it did not accept my card, NOR WHY it is pending payment. At first, they said 24-72 hours to clear. Now that it is over 72 hours, they say within 7 days.Silver Star Brands, Inc. Response

These people suck. They screw up your order, it took three times on the phone to get the order right. Today I get an e-mail telling me they are sending me over $66.54 worth of stuff I never ordered. I called them and they said it didn't hit my credit card, but the person ordering the stuff used a check. They sent me an e-mail, because my last name is Queen and the person ordering this stuff last name is Queen. Very messed up company. Do not do business with them, or if you do have the patience of a saint to put up with all the hassles. The stuff I ordered was ok in terms of quality.
