I made a purchase 12/6 and noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Immediately, after making the purchase I contacted other company via e-mail several times stating the shipping address was incorrect and it was suppose to be my billing address. I did not receive an email until mid morning the next day. Pretty much stating there was nothing they could do and the order had already been shipped. They told me to try to go to the house it was being delivered to or contact the owner knowing I am in ******** and the incorrect place it was going was in ****************. I called again this morning 12/8 after I received an email stating the shipping label had been created through Amazon Logistics Deliveries. So my package had not been shipped yet and I thought there was a chance we could get the shipping address updated, but rep just continued to tell me there was nothing she could do. So I got off the phone again and tried to call Amazon but they told me I did not have the right department and since I didnt make the purchase through Amazon he couldnt help me. So I then called craft-e-corner back in hopes they could at the least provide me a contact for their 3rd party shipping. Rep stated everything was electronic and there was nothing she could do for me. The hassle and frustration caused by a product I paid for and probably will not be receiving due to a billing address not being updated, the horrible and rude customer service for something I was trying to get corrected and go above a beyond as a customer contacting their shipping parties. They should not be in business.I would like to make sure my package gets delivered to my correct address.Business response

The customer contacted us on Tuesday December 6th after her order was placed stating that she ordered the incorrect item and that she needed to cancel the order. She contacted us after business hours. The next morning I responded to the customer letting her know that this order was shipped with Amazon and coming out of an Amazon warehouse. The label was created and it was getting ready for shipment and we were not able to cancel the order. I let her know that she could return it with no penalties and I would waive the restocking fee for her. She did not get back to me until the next day December 8th. She then changed the cancellation reason stating that it was the wrong address. It was still too late for a cancellation. I told her that Amazon would be transferring the package to **** for the final delivery and that she could call to have the package stopped once it reached ****. I did not hear back from her. I would like to note that on our website it does state "Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout BEFORE submitting your order. Customers are responsible for paying reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout."
