Ganos was hired to install a concrete pool deck and coping. We paid in full Quality of work is very poor. Made him aware within days of chipping, cracking, holes/gaps in concrete, stones popping out of concrete, etc. Said hed send someone to fix. They did a crappy patch job in a few spots with product that doesnt match rest of patio. Sent additional pictures. Said he would come multiple times but never showed and wouldnt respond to text messages. Sent additional pictures and again he said hed come but never showed. Then claimed the ** guy from the concrete company would be coming. We contacted the owner of the concrete company who knew nothing about the issue or the claim that the ** guy would be looking at the job. When we asked why the owner didnt know about this, **** Ganos started dropping f-bombs and said sit and hate it every day - I dont care. Never provided lien waivers, copies of signed contracts or any other paperwork. Very unprofessional and rude once hes paid.
