My water pipes burst the day after Christmas and I was fortunate enough to have found Master Repair to put my condo back together. I am very happy with the finished project. In some ways the company/workers went above and beyond my expectations. James, project manager was very easy to work with. Though there were times that we had communication breakdowns, product and payment delays- in the long run I am very happy with their work

In short, I would not recommend this company for any work other than dry wall repair. Kent (Manager) kept trying to cut corners on the project. During the install of the door threshold, “carpenter” made the flooring edge ¼ inch higher than it had been in the past causing one of the hinges on the door to break. The door was twisted during the repair. They did not replace the door as promised. There is now a 3/8-inch gap between the seal and the floor on one side and the door does not close like it did prior to “repairs”. When the sink was installed, the “plumber” DID NOT PUT CAULK BETWEEN THE SINK AND THE COUNTER. There was no barrier to prevent water from flowing under the sink edge into the new counter. When dishwasher was installed, it was not secured to the adjacent cupboards with mounting brackets. IT FELL FORWARD DURING USE. A regular (NOT GFI) outlet was installed UNDER THE SINK to plug the dishwasher into. Garbage disposal was not installed correctly by Master Repair causing a leak requiring a non-Master-Repair plumber to evaluate and fix at writer's expense. Baseboard miters were not done well - needed lots of wood putty to hide. Drawer in kitchen made by Master Repair required an outside carpenter to fix - kept falling off the track. I have more examples, but there is not enough room to post. As described above, the craftsmanship was average to very poor depending on which part of the project you are reviewing, but the cause of my greatest angst with this company was dealing with Kent ******* and his displayed lack of financial integrity. Multiple times during the project, Kent attempted to make me pay for work that became needed because of what this company’s workers had done. There is more negative to tell, but I’ve run out of space.
