I purchased Tent package #2. Order #**-1132. Total rental was $593.65 .The items were delivered (and set up) on 6/23 by 3 young men who arrived in a big white industrial truck. The truck bagged up into my driveway, unloaded and set up items in my backyard. The tent package was picked up on 6/28. The driver and his associates arrived between 9:30a.m.- 11:30a.m. I was home at the time and was alerted to their presence as I could hear loud banging sounds that I attributed to be the equipment being packed back into the truck. When my fianc arrived home that evening around 1:30 p.m. He found the fence knocked down. My fence is destroyed!!! There are cracked boards, boards cracked out of the ground, boards lying on my grill that was behind the fence and the decorative lights that draped the fence were on the ground with multiple bulbs broken. I immediately contacted Fun Events **** to notify them that the driver had destroyed my fence when he backed the truck onto my property. I was transferred to an unidentified male. The male answered the phone with hello and we replied to each other a few times with the back an forth hello's, as I had anticipated I would be transferred to a manger who would identify himself upon the call being transferred. It was not until I gave my name, stated why I was calling and asked who he was until he identified himself as *** the owner of the company. I proceeded to explain to him in detail that his driver had destroyed my fence and was immediately meet with disrespect and told that the driver said he did not hit the fence, as there was no damage done to his truck, and the fence was already broken. How does *** know all this information as he was just notified to what occurred? As directed, I emailed him photos of the damage and again was meet with disrespect. This time he stated the driver was next to him and denied knocking down the fence (same story as above). ***, still rude, offered no resolution to the problem.Business response

BBB COMMENT SKW:
My drivers claim the fence was like when she arrived. There are no witnesses - I don't think that we did it. She couldn't answer she asked her husband was the fence like that? He couldn't answer the question. They had a party we deliver tent party equipment.
