      I’m the latest victim of this company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my Christmas ornament. I’ve sent emails and have not gotten any response re order #*****. At this point, I’ve lost hope on ever getting the merchandise or hearing from them. What a scam!

      Same thing as everyone else here. Ordered online 3 months ago, after not receiving an update pr package, initially assumed it was just covid-related logistics delays, etc... Sent several emails through, was very patient, received no updates. Called the phone number listed through paypal, did not get a business, just a random dudes answering response, and did not get a call back. THEN I found these reviews here. I got lucky I used Paypal to make my purchase, and am getting a refund through their insurance. Buytheseaonline is a dirty s**** and a sham.

      Items ordered on March 17,2023 and as of today's date May 5, 2023 still haven't received my order nor has the company answered my inquiries. I've emailed them 3 times to no avail. This site as well as their Buytheseaonline **** store are a SCAM!

      we placed an order, seller notified us order was changed to "REFUNDED", however the credit card charge was NOT refunded or cancelled/placed second order few days later for same item/1 item was recieved seller NEVER cancelled the first charge we disputed through credit card and sellers response was that item was recieved but NEVER adjusted for being charged twice seller provides NO WAY to contact them by phone to discuss and ignores any other contact info terrible way to do business

      Obviously I am writing this review in hopes that someone at Nature Company (Buytheseaonline) will read it. I want to start off by saying that there are a multitude of reviews for this business which clearly means you have a lot of interest in your products. I too was interested to support a family business with ethically sourced coral. I was very disappointed in some of your response on BBB. There is obviously a lack of professionalism in your company. Emails seem to never work. Only automated system emails go out. Multiple people have told you they have not received an email response and shipping information. Instead of evaluating and taking constructive criticism you place blame on the customer. Even if a customer has been refunded, it is their right to give their honest review/ experience even if you don't like it. I liked your website layout, however if a package does not have an adequate shipping label for a customer to check, you can not change an order to shipped. I did enjoyed looking at the variety of items in your shop. What I had an issue with was the time it took to process the package, and the lack of shipping number and no "personal" email response. Most of the reviews are from people who never received their package with shipping issues. There is some sort of issue with this. Why not fix it? It would be nice to read reviews onsite and not be directed to a 3rd party page an eBay page. Also the Paypal link in the thank you box does not send you to a seashell page: http://Shell_World.bluejay.com. And the Paypal picture of the dog feels like a scam and not a legitimate business logo. Overall I am bummed that I did not receive a shipping number or my package. I did get refunded, but I would have loved to have received these products. Please do better! I think this store has potential. Thank you, ***

      Never received my order. They never responded to my emails. Warning, do not buy from this company. I would leave a no-star rating if that were an option.

      Placed an order on April 11th, got no response or order for a week, so I reached out. Was told the order was shipped and will be sent a tracking number. Nothing for multiple more days. Reaching out to the customer service email multiple times. Finally get a response and get sent a tracking number.Label created (to send the tracking number) but nothing actually shipped. Still shows as "Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item."I really wish I would have looked at BBB before I placed an order on this website. It has been nothing but a pain in the *** from when I hit place order. I shouldn't have to reach out 10 times to get an update on something I paid for.As of right now, I agree with everyone else that this is looking more and more like a scam site that is just there to take your money.

      Order #***** I made a purchase on March 13, 2022. I paid over $12 for shipping to have my purchase in 2-3 days. I needed my purchase before today. I'm incredibly disappointed that it did not show up. I'm sure my order "got lost" I emailed them twice with no response but they probably "didn't receive an E-mail" or maybe my items were "returned to the sender" I hope I don't have to get my lawyers involved, If this is a real business I would not buy from them again. They need to seriously do some work to improve.

      You are not telling the truth. You wanted the geodes by Friday we could not promise that it would be delivered so we refunded you already before you ever wrote this review. Very sad you act like this not telling the truth. Check your account you where refunded and did not ask for it we did it anyway

      I was only refunded after writing this honest review, and the refund is still pending. My opinion still stands firm that your business is not reliable with orders, or responding to customer e-mails. So please, do not tell me it's sad to "act" like this. I wish I could have written a positive review on your website. If you are offended, maybe you should check your ethics. Be impeccable with your word, if I pay over $12 for a speedy delivery of 1-2 days then it should be fulfilled. Also, for a business who has been serving customers since **** and "evolving" one would think your response would say, "I'm so sorry you had a bad experience, we refunded your money and sent a discount code to your email for so much percent off your next order of this much money spent. We appreciate your feedback and our customers are very important to us If there is anything else you wish to discuss please feel free to call us at #########." Your website doesn't even have a phone number to reach out to anyone. No information was provided per your shipping policy which states, "we can ship to virtually any address in the world note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations when you place an order we offer free shipping except on large heavy items we will estimate shipping and delivering dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose depending on the shipping provider you choose shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based the weight of any such item can be found on its detail page to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound." You must have kept your estimated shipping and delivery dates to yourself because my order confirmation tracking only ever said "awaiting fulfillment." As I stated before, these are my opinions based off of my experience with your company. I wish you the best of luck with your business.

      Ordered from this company on February 10th 2021. Received an email saying order #***** was shipped on February 16th with no tracking number. Emailed the company twice with no response. Just checked my email Incase I missed a response...nothing. Also checked my bank account, no refund issued. Spent $25.44 and would like a refund since it doesn't seem I will be getting my order.

      I have screenshots of both emails sent as well as the message I sent on the website. I would either like my tracking number and product I ordered, or would like refunded my money. There seems to be a very common excuse with every one of these negative reviews. Once this is made right I will update my review.
