We went to dinner on 12/9 our card was double charged both cards we payeed separately. I called the company on sat 12/11 to complained and asked for our money back. I was told from ****** to call back on Tuesday at 11am because they were too busy. I called back on Tuesday they said they would call me back after the finance guy figured it all. ****** called back and said it wasn't them, it was ***** This was a landmark debit card we used. I explained nothing else was charged multiple times but this place. She said to call ***** So, I called **** and Landmark, both said nope was Senor Luna. ******** then said the saw a reversal coming back today to post from the restaurant. I called immediately after this and got an immediate hang up. 1. We got double charged. 2. they were too busy to help. 3. they lied and said it wasn't them, after investigation it was. 4. This is fraud.Business response

As stated in the complaint, the refund has already happened. She called Saturday night and was told we will take care of it asap. We are closed Monday so I (*****, owner) first became aware of this Tuesday morning. It was refunded early that afternoon. It. could not have been taken care of any faster. I have contacted my attorney, please inform this lady that falsely accusing us of fraud is illegal and I take this very serious. I understand getting the BBB involved, this is a good thing and exactly what the BBB is about, but too post online, ******* is illegal.
