  On September 8, 2022 my company hired and paid half down to Custom Heating and Cooling to install a walk-in cooler evaporator and compressor system. They stated it would take about 3 days to get it installed and cooled. This meant that we could get our health inspection done for the county soon. As time went on we had to cancel our inspection as the equipment was not installed. We called many times and were ignored with no response. They finally sent a different tech to finish the job. This tech was very rude and unprofessional. He installed everything and got it up and running for 3 days. 3 days after it was installed the brand new compressor was totally ruined. We called, left messages and were ignored for a whole week. During that week we had another professional look at the system. He stated that the equipment was installed wrong and was missing parts and that the compressor was completely shot, even though it was brand new. We kept trying to get ahold of Custom Heating and Cooling and several days later he finally called us back. He stated he would hire the guy we had talked to in the mid-term to install a new compressor that he would purchase for us and hook up the evaporator correctly. Three weeks later we have still not received our compressor. We were told it would come last week so we set a Grand Opening date of our restaurant and now we find out today that the new compressor may not be here in time for us to order our food. We don't think we will be able to open on our Grand Opening date of November 14th.
