      Worst customer service and experience in general. Bought vehicle end of December, broke down beginning of July, still without my car. They gave me a rental that needed an oil change- maintenance light was on and scratches on vehicle and rims, with a small crack in windshield that has gotten bigger with the below freezing temperatures. I would never recommend to anyone with the experience(s) I went through. I was hung up on after being put on hold for *********************** another loop for 15 after being hung up on. I had to call.the Oshkosh store and the manager there helped me get through to someone. I was stuck in traffic with a recalled seized engine for 2 hours waiting for their tow truck 3rd party to get to me in the busiest intersection ever. I really can't believe all the mishaps and unfortunate events that have been tied to this vehicle.

      Bergstrom sold this widow a 'certified inspected' used 2018 Rogue under 2 years ago. I have not put 4000 miles on it. It has had one oil change. There is no chance they inspected my car or they are blind or they are ok with black electrical tape holding the pigtail plug into the mass air flow sensor. Shop mgr said the mass air flow sensor is 335 plus 82 install. I can get an air flow sensor for 152. So much for a free inspection. It would already be replaced (but who knows if it's even a problem) if it weren't for the Bergstrom brand tape. Bergstrom is the one slowing my repair down. They cause a problem and will end up charging me 1000 to fix it. Can't get a price on the pigtail because that's hard. So I don't know if they sold me a car with a bad plug. Very likely. It's rude to treat your customers as prey. It's rude to point fingers at other repair places and oil change places to deflect blame you deserve. Bergstrom inspections and certifications are 100% worthless drivel.

      The service at Bergstrom Subaru Body shop was excellent and the workmanship was even better I would recommend the body shop to any one requiring attention to detail. Review from William K

      On March 9, I had signed a pre-contract with a Bergstrom Mazda employee in Green Bay to purchase a Mazda CX-30 for my almost 16-year-old daughter and put down the required $500 deposit to secure the deal. The lease rate was agreed upon at $147 per month with a $5000 down payment and a 3-year term. On April 25, the employee called me to make an appointment to pick up the car. Then on May 2, 4 pm I was at the Bergstrom dealership with my wife and daughter. The employee first showed us the Mazda, asked my daughter to sit in "her" car, and start the engine. Then, when we went to complete the purchase, the finance person told us that instead of the promised lease rate of $147, the current rate was now $231. It turned out that the revised lease rate had been on file long before we called to make an appointment but had not communicated this. Our comment that we did not find this business practice correct was met with a shrug of the shoulders. We expressed that such a rookie mistake would not fit with such a large dealership as Bergstrom. At the latest, when arranging the pick-up date, the reference to the changed leasing rate should have taken place to allow us to think about whether we would be willing to maintain the contract even under the new conditions. Instead, we were summoned to the dealership - with a teenager who had barely been able to sleep for days with excitement and joy over the first car. In our opinion, this was done deliberately to put us under pressure. As parents, we would rather accept the new conditions to spare the child the disappointment. This explanation on our part was only repeated by the two employees with petrified expressions and always the same defiant sentences. We then canceled the contract and left. We would have been willing to accept a changed leasing rate if they had informed us beforehand.

      I will never return to Bergstrom again. "Maintenence contract" for 6 oil changes and 3 tires rotations was added to the price of the car, ******* our permission. After asking for our money back, ($534)!, they increased the value of the car by this amount, therefore no money returned to us, but yet the maintenance contract was now cancelled. Upfront pricing is a crock! ******* *.
