New driveway installed 11/05/20, but no 3x3 storage platform with step to access east side of garage; workers created a ramp even tho property owner told them flat spot. (the ramp is treacherous & obstructs use of the gate). When first done I texted w/ office & she exp'd ours was last job of the year so all equipment was stored. On 03/18/21 I sent a reminder text, on 04/06/21 I left a voicemail. Finally 04/14/21 ***** ph'd me and sch;d an appt for **** to come assess problem 04/19/21. He was a no~show. 04/20/21 **** ph'd me; exp'd I would be home by 1:30; co~owner not home as was day prior. He said he was on the property and couldn't see a problem; I described the ramp location. He found it and said he would "do it this season when has a near by job". June 12, 21 I turned my ankle because of this ramp. 06/14/21 I sent a letter to the business saying we need this repaired because it is dangerous. Letter req'd contact by 07/01/21. NO contact to date.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is minimally satisfactory. I do not understand why we must be made to wait, potentially until the end of the season. The miscommunication / language barrier is not the fault of the property owners. ******** was told it should be a level area with step, not a ramp, but they did not change the framing. If the crew didn't understand the property owner they should have called the office and requested translation.....or reread the contract.
The original August 17, 2020 contract clearly listing a 3x3 platform was paid in full on ****************************; Had I known this correction would be so time consuming I would have requested a refund to offset the incomplete project and medical bills. The steep ramp has nearly caused injury twice and DID cause an ankle injury once.
