    Bought an item from them last year around this time and never received it. After contacting them multiple times they continued to say were working at fixing communications. Added me to 3 different text update lists that never provided updates. Was met with silence after asking for a refund and now the company is off the grid. Cannot get in touch with them by any means.

    I placed an order it was never delivered instead they offer store credit and said it would be delivered later that was 10 months ago

    I placed a order that totaled ******. Cream City Vapes back in February of 2023 and and it's now it's a week from July.... They emailed me multiple times stating the order was being completed. But then after 4 weeks they still had not shipped me my order and had now stopped emailing me telling me what stage my order was in. I just want my refund that's owed to me that's all.. They (Cream City Vapes) had no problem taking the money from my account and so they need to refund me for failure to complete the business transaction..

    I purchased a bundle of accessories for my vape on 11/25/2022 for $139.00 , it was never shipped out after several messages. The seller **** this process out so i would never get my refund and when i contacted my bank after seller ignored all my messages , i found out it was too late to get a clawback from Mastercard . Apparently this ***** scams people this way all the time , i found several people on reddit that had the same scenario happened to them.     Order #S82970 was placed on December 31st of 2022. After being told 6 or so weeks for shipping, I reached out in March. I received a reply on the 14th of March that it would be another 6 weeks and continued to wait, then emailed again on April 25th. I have received no further response.

    I purchased an item from this business on 11-02-2022 for $314.98. After checking on the status, and finding it had still not shipped, I canceled the order on 11-30-2022. I have still received no refund. I have contacted the business numerous times and been promised refunds -- so far to no avail. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you.

    Made a purchase several months ago. After continued reassurance that the product would ship or I would receive a refund the company has stopped responding and disabled their phone line. It is now only possible to submit a contact form which the company will not reply.

    On January 9th 2023 I purchased an item from Cream City Vapes for $317.88, order # S83230. It has been 4 months and still haven't received my order.They don't answer when you call them. The only way to get in touch with them is to email them. I have been trying to email them for a month and a half but nobody replied to the emails. This has brought me to contact you to see if you can get them to ship my order or give me a refund. Thank you.

    I ordered a vaporizer from Cream City Vapes back on Jan12 2023, and have no been able to get any information on the status of my order after payment as of May. I have reached out to every channel they offered to get any information on my order but nothing. I do not mind waiting, but I'm concerned that this website is a scam. My order number is S83348.

    On 2.14.23 I ordered a peak pro power dock and a whip kit for $164.99 and - after almost a week of no order updates - I contacted the company on 02/20 (with no response), again on 03/06 (when I was finally contacted through Discord by '****' and told that my purchase had a **** business day lead time), and finally on 03/20 to try and get an order update or tracking number, and they were unable to provide either (because they did not respond), after that I reached out to Oggy directly on **** to cancel my purchase and request a refund, he told me that the credit/debit card processor they used at the time of my purchase had closed their account and that I would need to do a chargeback claim through my financial institution (which is PayPal) and even now, on 05.12.23, PayPal still has not gotten a response from them so has not been able to refund me my money MONTHS after I ordered and almost 2 months after I cancelled the order. I have reached out through email, Instagram, and through Discord, and have been completely ignored by them at every turn. This is ridiculous, I'm pretty sure they're running a scam as they've since shut down both their server and their website on 3.29.2023 saying that they were catching up on orders and would turn on both the server and the website in a week once they were caught back up, and have yet to do so.
