      This by far is the worse company I have ever worked with if you are a tenant you can never reach anyone concerning important matters about the property they add on xtra fees for everything especially when the workers they send to the property don't fix things right I've been through this company for 5 yrs the last 2 has been ****!

Based on our records, we have serviced many maintenance requests while you have lived in your home. Additionally, it appears that you have not followed the procedures for payment as outlined by our management and have opted to pay the water company directly while payments should be paid through us. Understandably, this creates a poor line of communication between ourselves, management, and yourself, resident. Please follow the terms of our management as has been communicated to you and we certainly wont run into any issues going forward. As always, our goal is to serve our clients and residents with the utmost satisfaction, and regardless of the reasoning we fell short in this situation.       ZERO COMMUNICATION - Instead of doing what you need as a landlord they do what ever they want. They almost forced my tenants out. From Chris who is the business development manager to Kyle the field operations. Then they try to charge me almost 600 when they did absolutely nothing other then frustrate me and my tenants.

      I made the mistake of hiring Renters Warehouse in Milwaukee as my property manager. They took over May 1 and from the get go the communication was terrible. I have to ask multiple people multiple times to answer simple questions with no response for weeks. We decided to terminate our contract within the first 30 days, and they acted surprised and wanted a chance to fix it. Nothing changed and we fired them for the second time in 6 weeks. It is scary to think these people are responsible for investors and property management. I am still fighting to get my keys and security deposits back from them!12 years as a landlord and 9 years as a managing broker and I have never in my life had to deal with such an awful company.

      Mozelle M Beasley vs Renters Warehouse Renters Warehouse purchased the property where I live in WI. I have noticed a steady increase in monthly fees which started September 2020 approx 6 months after they acquired property. The $30 monthly increase was stated to be for repair/maintenance. I was recently charged almost $600 additional fees for a new repair/maintenance jobs done in August. I was not aware I would be charged for additional repairs because I was paying the monthly extra $30 for stated repair/maintenance. I have decided it’s time to hit the airwaves and local alderman. Now we had to pay an additional $50 per month in rent due to the economy effective Oct 1 2022. The real clinger is I have not been able to correspond with a property manager or anyone in the ranks of leadership. I have written letters, sent emails, text and of placed phone call after phone call to no avail. I co-sign 100% with other reviewers. I would not recommend anyone to move into Renters Warehouse properties unless you are a glutton for punishment and want to be fleeced, ignored and totally discounted. I’m told I’m going to have to join the other litigants and file in court as regards the $600 repair maintenance fees which by the way are being assessed late fees now because I have not paid. I plan to take a visit downtown this week to start the process which is so unnecessary and unfair. It is what it is however I do not think it is fair to charge me for additional repairs when they already charge a $30 monthly fee for repairs/maintenance and have been collecting the extra monthly fee since September 2020. I also find it very gauche and inconsiderate to not respond to repeated attempts to contact management. After which I receive a certified letter telling me that because of the economy rent would be increasing $50 monthly beginning immediately. I only gave them a 1 star as Melissa stated because there was no option for a lower score.

      The only reason I gave them one star is because I didnt have the option to give less. First off, I had to pay the **** guy out of pocket because he wouldnt come out if I didnt, since RWH didnt pay their last ****. Then, they tacked on all these charges when we moved out, everything from services they provided months earlier (they conveniently just now determined we had to pay for), to paint they didnt even buy, in order to keep our security deposit. They even fought to charge us for a whole months rent when we agreed with the landlords the last month be prorated. Ive rented for the last 18 years of life and NEVER had these problems. Run from this place.
