Back in September 2021, I dropped off my scooter (2014 ****** 125 Automatic) at Moto Scoot for repairs (ECU replacement). That day, the owner (*********************) helped me unload the bike and told me the repairs would take 1-2 weeks. As the former ****** ****** in *********, ************ reassured me that he knew what type of repairs the scooter would require. After waiting a few weeks, I began to seek an update by reaching out via telephone, the business's ******** Page (FB Messenger is how we communicated prior) and the owner's personal ******** page. The business no longer has a website. At first, I was told that ************ was out with an injury, but the person responding would get an answer from him. On 10/6/21, I received an update indicating they were attempting to source the parts needed for the repair. Between October 2021 and May 2022, I made several attempts to get an update. Finally, on 5/2/22 (8 months later) I received a response indicating "I got the box, bike is on the lift now" which would reasonably indicate the scooter would soon be ready for pickup. For the next several weeks, another string of no communication from the business. On 5/26/22, I was told additional repairs were necessary, and that my scooter was on their "To Do" list, so that the job could be finished properly. Another period of no communication, and then on 6/28/22 I was told they'd have the scooter ready for pickup that week -- until the next day, when they sent me a mesage indicating the scooter presented new issues, and the business wanted to investigate. Despite making several attempts, I have not received a response since 6/29/22 (10 months ago).At this point, I don't care if they fixed the scooter -- I just want it back. I suspect the business has lost my scooter and is avoiding me for this reason. I hope Im wrong -- seems like a cool business, but this is crazy. I am giving the business until 4/14/23 to make themselves available otherwise, I will be pursuing legal action.Initial Complaint

I gave the owner of motoscoot two dirt bikes to do a full rebuild and one super moto sport bike to do some slight repairs. Its been two almost three years I still havent received my other two dirt bikes and now hes telling me someone stole the bikes. He told he me didnt know what to tell me when I asked how was we going to resolve the issue.*** paid the man over $1000 and Im out of money and bikes I have video of this man hollering at me and have text from him dragging me on please help me this has went on for too long
