Provider advertises that they provide telehealth services, but require us to drive from *********** to their location on 54th and Burleigh to receive the telehealth visit in a private room. They do a urine test for drugs and pregnancy which no other provider has ever done.I was given the number for the Clinical Manager *********************** so we could work with her to arrange to do the visits from here at home, the phone number does not work...I just get a busy signal. I call the clinic to try and schedule visits and no one answers the phone, it goes to voicemail. Sometimes they return the call, sometimes they do not. Her provider *************************** has agreed to providing telehealth services to my daughter without requiring us to go to the clinic, but I need approval from ************ who is unreachable.They do not return phone calls to pharmacy, the person responsible for medication requests is only available from 1 pm to 8 pm. She is too busy to provide follow up services to her own clinicians or patients when there are issues with medications, need for refills or the pharmacy calling her.This has been continuous since November of 2021 when I became my daughters care provider while a new Adult Family Home is found. I work full time and care for her and my farm full time as well. This company says it provides telehealth services to patients in their own space, they do not, they pack people into a waiting room at their location so that they can generate unnecessary medical charges and **** ********* This needs to be corrected and a resolution found. Legal action may be required.
