    Been calling every 4-6 hrs for over two days. Nobody calls you back as they promise. I have emergency plumbing situation that has left me without water for now going on three days. We have not been assigned a vendor that will service urgent or emergent requests. The person who is named Sean that states his title as “escalation”. Yes just “escalation Sean” refused to provide us with ANY options. I was refused the vendor list so I could do the ground work and get an approved company to come out. My next plea was to utilize one of the two local companies that are willing to come out and be reimbursed as this is an emergency and they have not been able to get me a vendor for well over 48 hrs…was met with ,”That request is denied”. I then asked to please speak to someone who is able to approve request or provide any other options as I am without water for days now. “escalation Sean” refused to transfer us or give a supervisors contact info. Then they assigned a vendor (one that online shows that they are closed) and will not answer the phone. This vendor— he has multiple reviews saying he comes out and does subpar work. He then charges you and never submits the appropriate documents for you to get reimbursed. The calls are outsourced and they use a script, but no action ever happens.
