      We agreed to a remodel project with this company in August 2022 unaware that we would be dealing with a specific contractor. Our project was meant to begin the first week in December, but was delayed a week and a half. Our contract included some electrical work, but shortly after minimal demo had been done, our contractor suggested we hire an outside firm to do the electrical entirely. He also suggested we not file a permit for the construction work. When our chosen electrician and plumber advised permits and filed them themselves as is customary, the contractor asked that I (homeowner) file for my own construction permit without any support material - drawings, measurements, etc. This request is in total breach of contract. However, I obtained the permit after a considerable struggle to supply necessary, acceptable materials since I do not work in construction. Furthermore, the contractor took a week and a half to supply me with appropriate license numbers to secure the permit. From the start, the contractor made excuse after excuse for not working. First it was family issues. Then illness. Then car trouble. Than more illness. The a family vacation. This stalling spanned the rest of December, all of January and the beginning of February with very minimal work achieved. When the contractor would drop in, he would stay for a very short period of time, make little to no visible progress then leave. Other service providers have commented that his methods would not be their chosen methods, suggesting a lack in quality that a standard homeowner might not immediately recognize. We have made multiple calls to the business to speak with a supervisor, even requesting a supplemental ********* be supplied to us to meet our deadlines, but we have received no callbacks. None. After considerable investigation, our experience mirrors others relayed in reviews about this company suggesting the possibility of a scam. We are treating the matter as such.

      I had a roof leak and the guy did not fix it and they won't refund my money. I have called numerous times and they hang up on me...Please do not hire this company they are awful and I'm out $460.00

      We sent a refund to this customer after speaking with her as we were under the understanding that she understood the leak repair was not going to be guaranteed and that we would try our best to save her money by attempting the repair. The rubber roof needs to be replaced unfortunately.

      The painter did not know how to put drywall up. drywall & the paint was a mess never cleaned up after himself said he was just getting off parole. this company does not check their employees. When I told Mary Joe the owner about this she called screaming at me and said another one of her employees would come and I would have to pay $2200 to correct her employees mess please please don't hire this company they're terrible

      This customer had a small project done by us. We went back to warranty our work after she called with a concern. Our craftsman ***** went to her and she lied about the work and what was done orginally. ******** took complete advantage of him and had him working there for 4 days doing drywall repairs and painting. The owner was away in a different state and ***** was not able to confirm with the owner of the business the work that honestly should have been done and he kept working. After ***** was able to get in touch with the other craftsman who did the small job in the first place let ***** know he was being taken advantage of and did not agree to continue without some kind of payment to the office for the work she was making him do. He fullfilled the warranty work and tons more. ******* has no money and told him that. She was trying to get the entire room done that her deceased husband started. This is a very unfair review on ********* behalf. We do check all of our craftsmen over and over again regularly. If this customer had dealt with ****** she would have known how to spell her name correctly. Our craftsmen are very professional and are knowledgeable. Our craftsmen only are put on jobs for the work that they can accomodate. We are a licensed, bonded and insured company. Please look us up if you wish. We have nothing to hide. You can look up my license also. Customers that want free work done and find out they can't do that get very upset with businesses. We are not 100% perfect however we strive to provide the best experience for our customers.

      On Friday, 6/11 I spoke with ****** regarding a leak I have under my kitchen sink, as well as a value that needs to be replace and an outside spigot for a garden hose. She made an appointment for me to have ******* come by on Monday, 6/14 between 10-10:30 to fix the leak and an estimate for the valve and spigot. No show and no call. I called ****** at 11:30 stating no one showed and she said I wasn't on the schedule. I asked if she was ****** and she said yes and I said she scheduled the appointment with me. She told me ******* never got back to her to confirm the appointment. I asked if that was the case why didn't she call to tell me that. I also said what she was telling me didn't make sense and it was poor customer service. She told me she was the only one working and was busy and ******* doesn't always cooperate. It took her at least 5 minutes to even apologize. I was very polite and calm. I realize things can happen but after reading some of the reviews, I will be canceling my Thursday appointment. I went online to find the owners name to write a note because I believe he should know what happened and found these reviews instead. I'm also not interested in doing business with a company that responds about a complaint received by blaming the customer. "
