On January 19, 2024 I ordered a hose nozzle from the ************ Ellsworth *** in *********, **, that is supposed to be used with residential hoses. The cost with shipping was $143.84. This nozzle does not fit onto an ordinary residential hose which I was not told and did not discover until the nozzle arrived. The company has agreed to reimburse me for the nozzle but insists that I will be responsible for shipping costs. This seems unethical to me. It was their responsibility to advise me that this nozzle would not fit my hoses knowing that I was ordering for a residence. They should in good faith pay for the shipping. I have already unknowingly paid for it once. Order # ******* Customer # *******Business response

Customer ordered this item off of our website and it did not fit their needs. This would be considered a customer error on our part. We credited the customer back $131.56 on February 15th. The amount not credited was the freight amount as again we considered this a customer error. We normally charge a 20% re-stock fee, which we did not charge the customer. In this instance the $131.56 refund we consider fair and consider this matter closed.
