Well, I have incomplete work. I gave this shop almost 4K for a system. I've been back several times because the jobs weren't done, there are still problems with my car. The owner says there is an amp behind my radio, I want a picture or the box of the amp they are using behind my radio because I do not trust their word that there is one. Also, he was supposed to add sensors to my alarm system and it wasn't done. I also bought sound dampening for my car and it's not installed at all when *** the owner told me it was. *** also charged me $400 dollars for a alarm system in addition to what was already paid. I want him to show me the alarm system he used for that price that doesn't come with a Fob or he can refund me for the real price. Now I have a car that I put all this money into and got back poor installation because this guy is trying to make money off of folks. He told me he made the receipt out for $1,000 more than I paid. Not sure how that helps me in insurance purposes.Business response

Hello, Im writing to you regarding a complaint we got from you about *************************. It appears he has a few concerns regarding his work done on a vehicle he asked us to work on. I will say this was not the first time we ever worked on his vehicle, and we always take pride in all the work we do for each and everyone of our customers. First, he says the work was not completed that cant be accurate, because if it was not complete, he would not have paid the **** much less take the vehicle away from our business. So, to the 1st question he had was not believing the small amp was behind the radio.
I assure you the digital amp was installed behind the radio and have no issue showing him if he like to pay the labor to take apart the dash and put it back together. Secondly, the customer requested us to put an alarm system that would work with his current factory system, so he didnt have too many remotes on his keyring. So, we installed a Viper DS4 Alarm with a T harness, a Harness that connects from Viper Alarm to the Factory Harness to eliminate any void to the Manufacturers warranty as well as a few shock sensors. (Shock Sensor, Tilt Sensor, and Door triggers.) This is what we installed per customers request as well as the sound deadening, we did around license plate and 2 side panels to avoid the rattling sound from the bass. We are a very reputable business and even do work for many Auto Dealerships in the area.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am back at this business today 09/22/2021 because of the incomplete work on my cat. My radio now doesn't come on. I have been in this shop more than 3 times now. They couldn't get me in today because they never have enough folks to finish the job. I paid for the job that was do e because I thought the car was completed. When I paid they needed the car for another 2 weeks to correct whatever wasn't done the first time. Now 4 weeks after their work I am at the shop now. Now I am told to bring my car tomorrow 09/23/2021 for work that was already done. This had been horrible because I have been here many times now because stuff happening to my car. Now that the radio is out I will be sure to find out what is going on with this car.
