I have autopay on they pull my money a day late, and then reverse the payment. Ive been hit with 2 penalties in 6 months while having autopay on. Site was down for what seemed like an entire month while trying to make a payment. Signed up for paperless statements and haven't seen a statement yet because that part of the user portal is also down. Card info never saves so you have to manually input your bank information every time you want to make and additional statement. Terrible website, will refi asapAssociated Bank, N.A. Response

I unfortunately have my mortgage loan through Associated Bank. It has been a TERRIBLE experience. Every single year my analysis is wrong. The numbers never add up correctly. You would think a banking service could, you know, DO PROPER MATH. This last year the analysis stated my taxes would drop from ***** to *****. Obviously I knew this was not correct, so I called customer service. They stated they would request a re-analysis. One week later I get my re-analysis and it is all the same figures. I call them again and am assured this is correct. Come tax time, guess what? They were very wrong. Not only did my taxes not go down, but they went up 600 dollars. Now they had to overdraw my escrow by 900 dollars, and now I get to pay extra to put money in my escrow to cover their ***** up. I really am just regretting my decision. Don't make the same mistake I did. Just go with Chase or someone else.Associated Bank, N.A. Response

This compliant, isnt just for this location specifically its for all Associated banks all over . YOU ALL ARE FALSE ADVERTISING! CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS IT OPEN ******** MONDAY - FRIDAY. Unfortunately, it seems that being a long term mortgage holder with Associated bank does not count for much. All they seemed fixed on is that the "Debt ratio" is too high to do a cash out refi for the original amount we applied for. Not once did they offer any other options to make this work. Luckily, we were able to get much better customer service from a local ************ which we have done business with in the past. They were able to offer different loan amounts to make the "debt ratio" better PLUS they had better rates. Bye Bye Associated.Associated Bank, N.A. Response

Review from ***** *. Is accurate.....I'm going through a similar situation. My account was closed due to "suspicious activity"...it's been 11 days and Marcus has not reached out. I've been a person of identity theft from ssi and the social security office gave me better customer service than this bank. Customer service representative can't even answer my questions or even escalate the situation. Marcus is Supposedly the "only" person who handles this case. So if anyone from associated bank owners can confirm this ..can you ask him to call me ....looks like he's not receiving the messages.Associated Bank, N.A. Response

Stay away from this bank They let you open a checking account. And encourage you to set up direc deposit and initial funding and then without any notice whatsover freeze your account and you cannot access funds. When you call, you get rude uncaring people who act like they can keep your money. I have filed a complaint with CFPB.Associated Bank, N.A. Response

I paid my mortgage as agreed but their system didnt recognize my payment and the dinged my credit for their internal error. When I called to ask them to update the report they denied my request. Will never consider using any of their offerings going forward.Associated Bank, N.A. Response

i had cancer surgery on nov 2022. i called in the beginning of nov and paid my bill from 2 accounts. mortgage. one of the accounts had been acting funny and saying that it was not a valid account or that there were not funds in the account on the first attempt for the last few months. the second time they try it works fine. i TOLD THEM THIS ON THE PHONE. and paid it from two accounts. one of them didnt work so i only paid half my bill. they waiting till december to call me and then reported the issue on my credit. i asked them to take it off and they refused. said i was "Technically" late even tho it was an error on the bank side. they then stole over 2k from me by taking money fraudulently from my account and i took screenshots to show it. some ***** named Arik from associated bank then calls me and tells me that he will investigate and get it fixed. obviously because of the fraud from their bank. months later, Arik said too bad we arent doing anything about lying about being late for a payment, not about the extra thousands we took from you. we are keeping it. real class act here. ive filed charges with the state and CPFB and Comptroller complaint. i hope Arik and Associated get fined millions for fraud and malfeasance.Associated Bank, N.A. Is this even a real bank? I pay my car loan on their website and never get an email confirmation. Then I see that last months payment on 7/7 didnt go through. I try to make a double payment this month- about 10 times, using different browsers and every single transaction that I try has the submit payment button disabled. The Contact Us blurb says to call at the above hoursand none are listed. The login for the website also doesnt work on their app. There is no way to email support. Their app and website are garbage. This is a scam enterprise that has unprofessional online tools and appears to be run out of someones garage. Judging by other reviews this is designed to make your payments late so they can jack you for late fees.Associated Bank, N.A. Response

This entire enterprise is a scam. Their website is designed intentionally to glitch at the exact same point in the payment process, so that your payment does not go through. I literally take a video every time I attempt a payment online just to document this. Every single month the site glitches, in the same exact way, at the exact same point. Which is between the 2nd to last number and the last number of my banks routing number. How does that even happen.... every single time at the exact same spot for a year? That's just not possible. It has to be designed that way in order to add late fees and or/ demand possession of the vehicle so they can turn around and sell it. Let along what company does not allow you to save your payment information to begin with??? There needs to be a class action lawsuit. And when there is I hope I hear about it because I have 12 months of video documenting this "glitch"Associated Bank, N.A. Response
