In about October ****************************************** the basement for about $1700.00. This included transition to carpeted area. The transition was wobbly and theuir sub cintractors attempted to return 4 times to repair and did terrible workmanship with gaps and joints not matching up. In Jan 2023 I was told a different sub would fix the job and after about six missed appointments I just want my floor fixed correctly as I had paid for and to stop wasting my time waiting for sub contractors who may show up.Business response

I do apologize as I didnt receive a letter regarding this but I would gladly get an installer there to take care of the transitions for the customer. I will reach out and get something set up and make sure that everything is done when it is supposed to be. I wish I would have been notified about this before these measures but either way I just want everything taken care of.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find their reply preposterous. I did nothing but call and text (couple samples below) notifying them of missed appointments. Not to mention the 4-5 times they tried to install the transitions last year incorrectly."Not sure if you are aware but we still haven't had our floor fixed. Your guy keeps putting me off and putting me off and then forgetting me. We have like our 4th or so time set for next Tuesday at 9am can you please make sure he shows up! Thank you.""I think after lunch is good. Nice if Him to blow me off again"There were about 5-6 missed or blown off appointments this year and all I got were excuses and that their installer was then going on vacation after the last missed appointment with no other options.They have done nothing but let me down and not solve this issue.***********************Customer response
