      *************************- OWNER- CUT RITE SNOW REMOVAL, WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AFTER HIS EMPLOYEE DOING SNOW REMOVAL FROM MY DRIVEWAY, LOST CONTROL OF A RED PICK-UP { WITH A SNOW-PLOW ATTACHMENT} & TOTALLY DESTROYED THE 8FT STREET .LANTERN ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MY DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE. AFTER I TOOK PHOTOS OF HIS TRUCK STUCK IN SNOW IN MY DRIVEWAY, HE WAS ADVISED I WOULD EXPECT REIMBUSEMENT OF LABOR COST & MATERIALS TO RESTORE THE LANTERN CAUSED BY HIS DRIVERS NEGLIGENCE. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED *****************. IT TOOK UNTIL MAY,2021 TO LOCATE A SIMILAR LANTERN & HIRE A CONTRACTOR TO REPLACE IT. ****** HAS REFUSED TO DISCUSS REIMBURSEMENT OF MY $688 EXPENSES TO REPLACE THE LANTERN. I EXPECT 100% REIMBURSEMENT!

      I have seen the complaint and do agree with we had caused this problem. I will take care of the damage cost for this. Because of covid-19 this has been a very trying year for us with the lack of help in the work force and less work ect. That being said I will be happy to get this resolved. Mr. ******* has been a good customer.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

         The issue is that *************************, Owner of CUT RITE ***** **** has accepted Thousands of dollars in payment over a 5+ years of work done
          on my property. Why would it take over 11 months to reimburse me for approximately $670 in damages that his worker caused after I provided to him the       estimates that HE REQUESTED??? Until those payments are received, I plan to seek all LEGAL options that HE promised to pay. He must restore TRUST in his

       customers. His actions to date has broken the trust that any business are held accountable to restore a proper working relationship. When payments are

       received, I will consider this matter closed.

      I am not refusing to pay the damage. I will take care of it within 30 day I assume that's what he wants.
