did my work to see if what they were offering could be beat and took what I believed was a better offer to them to show what I had found. she broke down my offer and showed me what she could do. In the end I went with Nicky and fairway. Sue on her team was very attentive and kept me up to speed with everything that was needed to underwrite and close.
