PLEASE NOTE:  PALLET LIQUIDATION DEPOT LLC HAS HAD ITS NAME USED IN A SCAM 

The owner of Pallet Liquidation Depot LLC, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, informed the BBB Wisconsin on January 26, 2024 that its name and business has been used in an identity theft scheme. It notified BBB that its name and website information had been hijacked by what he believes to be scammers located overseas. They have created a website that looks very similar to his - Pallet Liquidation Depot LLC - and they are even listing its Oshkosh address and other contact information on its fake website.  

The BBB URGES EXTREME CAUTION AND asks that you verify that you are dealing with the legitimate corporation, which is actually and physically located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, before making a purchase and providing any payment. 

The Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin is unable to take complaints against the scam, but advises consumers that have made a payment, but have not received their pallets, contact the FTC and the FBI at the links below. Both the FTC and the FBI have international complaint reporting procedures for scams.
