This very professional, polished young man came, his name was Brad. Very impressive and kind. I am so happy, my 2nd shower hadn’t ran in twenty years and not only did he get it working like brand new, but it was quite reasonable! I couldn’t believe it and I’m still smiling today! Thank you, Master Services and thank you Brad!

Brayden was on time, effiicient and friendly. He offered suggestions on a different air filter to improve airflow, especially with AC. Service across the board was excellent.Technicians are courteous and make sure they clean up afterwards. Phone calls to let you know exact time of arrival and follow up calls to make sure all went well. Unfortunately we had a lemon - technicians never stressed, made sure there were no other issues and quickly replaced the bad unit with a new one that works perfectly.Master Services, Inc. Response
