      I had a membership at this gym. The owner called me to say she lost my bank information. So I gave it to her. Two months later she did it again. I refused to give it to her because I cant trust someone who loses my information that easily. She has reported me to the credit bureau. I refuse to pay someone who does not protect my information.

      Good morning,
      Thank you for the return call this morning. 
      I've attached everything I have from the *************

      1. Their signed 12 month agreements
      2 Notes on their account
      3. Payments made and balance due
      4. Their check-ins to the gym (our doors are locked 24/7 with member key access only..this tracks member usage)
      5. All non verbal communication (emails/texts)

      The ************* signed up for (2) 12 month agreements on  11/8/21. *** stopped into my office to request a cancellation of their memberships
      shortly after they signed up explaining that his wife Hiroke was not using hers. I explained that a 12 month agreement cannot be cancelled but that
      if she was having any health issues that I'd be happy to 'freeze' it for them for up to 3 months. He said he understood and that they 
      would keep their memberships. Their original payment on the day of sign up went through fine. Their second payment due on 12/8/21 also cleared fine.
      Their 1/8/22 payment did not clear. They were sent an email advising that their membership dues failed. Hiroke responded to the email with 
      "We have decided to stop our membership at this time. Thank you". 

      I responded to her email with their agreement terms and never heard from them after.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The answer the business owner has nothing to do with the complaint at issue. Premier was given my financial information! They lost the information once and ***** asked me for the information again. I gave it to her the first time. The second time ***** sent a message to my wife a month later asking for the information again. It was at this time we decided that if she cannot keep my information that we no longer want to do business with her.  I refuse to do business with a business that doesnt keep my information safe. Please reconsider your response to my complaint.
