      AFTER BUYING TOOLS FROM THE COMPANY FOR OVER 35 YEARS I HAD A IMPACT GUN SETTING ON TOP OF MY TOOL BOX IN NOVEMBER IT CAUGHT FIRE. FIRE WAS NOT EXTREM BUT SMOKE AND WATER DAMAGE WAS. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NO ONE HAS EVEN COME TO LOOK AT DAMAGES TO BUILDING OR TOOLS ALL ELEC TOOLS WIPED OUT. FINNLY AFTER CALLING OVER AND OVER JUST RECEIVED. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL TO TELL ME I HAD TO CALL THEM. INCONCLUSIVE ON WHAT STARTED IT. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A OPION IF YOU NEVER SEEN WHAT HAPPENED. 35 YEARS WITH THEM WOW

      Snap on has frivolously obtained my families personal information, contacted them over the phone and shown up at their houses several times. I told them that harassment was illegal and will be reported and that stopped them. My account has been closed with them for over two months and they're reporting it as past due...... not great for the credit score. Good tools as long as you're willing to sell your soul.....

      Snap On refused to honor manual tool warranty and acused me of abusing my tool without even being able to see the photos I sent. On another occasion Snap On dealer that services our location charged me for tools that should have been warranty. I was told that it is up to a dealers discretion to warranty the tool. Snap On rep stated that warranty will not be honored if tools are not bought directly from them even tho I purchased all my tools from tool truck and Snap on website. Snap On fails to honor warranties and acused me in a disrespectful way of tool abuse. Needless to say I trashed my broken snap on tools and will not be buying any Snap On product in the future. They do not stand behind their warranty.

      have contacted snap on numerous times, have seen snap on rep twice this year, four times last year, bought into an idea that wrenches, ratchets , s**** drivers were life time warranty. there is over a million dollars worth of snap on tools in the buick , gmc dealership i work for, over 20 technicians, always busy, , the snap on dealer we have is a joke, a drunk who doesnt stock any thing in his truck, many technicians including service manager have tried contacting snap on corp, nothing but lies and rabbit holes, the snap on rep who is supposed to be watching tool dealers, no show, to busy hiding ! right now there is a lot of broken tools, that cant be warranted, and alot of scan tools that cant be updated, snap on customer service gone, if snap on cant full fill there warranty agreement, snap on needs to buy every tool back, and quit taking avantage of technicians

      On top of making fantastic tools, and excellent support, I had the pleasure of working with a handful of corporate departments recently on an employee benefit issu. I can confidently say that ******* and ****** in HR are some of the best and most dedicated folks on behalf of their team members, what an absolute pleasure.

      Snap on rep is horrible!! He was informed to take a set *** for payment- he decides hes going to take extra when he wants for payment. He rolls over the truck acct to the snap on acct when ever he wants as well- he had zero permission to take extra funds or to roll Over the Acct. Rep is shady- he lies! Going to end ** in court! Messes up credit- stacks the Accts and makes it seem youve paid things down and wants you to buy more doesnt tell you youve tapped out on the main acct. lies about totals. I can go on and on- over priced c*** and and steals your auto pay money left and right. Doubles payments which causes budget issues.

      Like many people have already stated this company no longer honors their lifetime warranty on hand tools. They refuse to replace broken hand tools. You are better off buying craftsman from lowes or carlyle from napa. Both of those companies exchanged broken hand tools recently no questions asked. Snap-On has sold out to their corporate overlords. Going to tell people for the rest of my life to stay the hell away from this company they are thieves and con-artists who always seem to find loop holes.

      All there stuff is way over priced and they will charge you what ever they want and raid your rate at any time. I was if I pay an extra 20 on both accounts till the end of the year Iwould get a jacked to I did. Well one week I paid an extra 20 towards both accounts and as well as the next week then the third I’m told that I need to pay the same which I did for awhile but when the bend of the year came my requirement for each week didn’t drop 40 and when I paid less I was told I was short. Their tool boxes are 6k but you look at the fine print it says by the end you’ll pay 12k. I told the rep who cane to my shop to put 50 on each account well he would put all 100 on the box and when I got rid of the box since I was hurt in an accident he took my box and tools to cover the truck bill I still had even tho if he would of paid the amounts I stated it would of been paid off. They are all crooks and the box they still want 6k for even tho they took it. They will never see another dollar or good remark come from me.

      Asked a question on Facebook to a local ******* dealer ****** **** ***** that operates in ********, ** and was told there was a $50 Sunday morning service charge just to ask a question about a product he sells.
