Excellent service all the way around! The initial meetings, to the picking of the windows, the communication, and the install and follow up...all excellent! We highly reccomend them and are very happy with our new windows.Review from Sue R

Excellent service! We had 23 windows replaced. The color match was so good, I had to look twice to see if the windows were old or new! The team was friendly and knowledgable, keeping us informed every step of the way. They took steps to insure that everything was kept clean and left in remarkable condition. The salesman was on site twice and found a couple of little issues that we may not have even noticed. Replacements were ordered and taken care of promptly. We have already recommended Windows of Wisconsin to others and would definitely use them again if we had a need for windows in the future!Review from Cheryl B

We recently had 17 windows replaced in our 100 year old home. We are extremely happy with the results. It was a large project that took the crew 4 days on site involving daily travel to Door County. Everyone was wonderful to work with. We experienced 5-star communication from start to finish. The street noise has been drastically reduced. The design of the new windows will allow for much easier cleaning.I can see clearly now... ??????Review from Becky K

I had 11 windows replaced in my house 2/2022. Salesperson was not pushy like others I met with. I believe a decent price for the windows - comparable to the others. Took 4 months to get them, a couple weeks before they thought. Kept me up to date on the whole process. Install was awesome, couldn't even tell they were here. On the last day, contractors showed me how to use them and all the features. Then salesman comes out to look at everything a few days later. Very impressed with the whole process. Not a cheap project but happy I went with them! Love my new windows!!Review from Kay Z

I needed four basement window replacements installed, I had a hard time finding someone to do a small project like that. Windows of Wisconsin did the job for me. All the sales people that worked with me, to having them measured and then installed by Zach and his partner were great. I was kept informed on every step of the process by e-mail. They did a great job installing the windows, they cleaned everything up when they were done. Even though it was a smaller project I felt I was given the same attention and professional installation as a bigger more expensive job. After the job was completed another sales person came out to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work, was very impressed with that. I would definitely recommend Windows of Wisconsin to anyone and will use them again for future projects.Review from Bill N

Very good experience all the way through. Both our sales person and the installation crew were great to work with. And the scheduler and other office staff as well. We only encountered one thing we questioned (an aesthetic issue) and they promptly took care of it, even beyond what I had considered as necessary to resolve the matter. And based on the post-installation inspection that is their standard practice, I have no doubt they would have done that anyway, as a couple of (to me) very minor issues were noted for correction at that time. ******** was our sales rep, he explained everything, no high pressure to purchase, very comfortable with ********.New windows installed 6-4/6-5, installation went off w/o a *****, ****** and ***** were very professional, workmanship was excellent, cleaned up after each window.Totally satisfied, they deserve more than 5 stars.
