07/10/2023 I purchased a massage and a pedicure for $175.00 for my wife.she made an appointment and all she received was the pedicure and did not get a massage.so Im looking to receive a full refund because thats just bad business not completing the full transaction.I cant believe this business is still open.if you pay for service you should receive that service.Business response

***** walked out prior to service time appointment. ***** did not want to wait for the next service to start. Since there was a short gap in time. No money was charged for the service they walked out on. The gift card purchased has a remaining $75 now and the only service that was charged on the gift card was the pedicure that was received. No refunds are due since no service was given. I must mention too that the compliantant on this matter was not the guest that received service and he was not in the building or at the service to write an accurate or honest review. This was his wife ***** who was the guest.Customer response
