I have a frozen pipe that burst the day after Christmas. Working through Allstate, my insurer hired Code Blue with Emergency Disaster Recovery (EDR) to remove the water damaged walls and dry the floors. Joe ***** was the person EDR assigned to my claim. Joe was very thorough in his inspection and even found areas we weren't reading aware took water damage. Within a day or two all of the damaged walls, insulation, etc. was removed to begin the drying process. Joe's communicated with my wife and me to and made sure we were kept up on what was happening, the next steps, etc. Joe certainly removed a lot of anxiety my wife & I had after the disaster. I'd highly recommend ADR's services for your water damage recover needs. Thank you ADR for taking care of my home and my families health.

I called three companies when I had a water leak in my house. EDR responded within an hour and had their equipment set up in my house within a few hours. One of the other companies called the next day, one never even called back. Joe was very thorough in explaining the game plan, documented everything, and checked in constantly. Their knowledge and experience really impressed me and I would recommend using EDR if you want a fast response and a great job done.

I had a major flood in my condo which was caused by a unit above mine. Emergency Disaster Recovery was hired to deal with the extensive water damage. I was very nervous and concerned but the workers put me at ease, answered questions, and were very thorough in getting the water out, making sure all of the walls, ceilings, etc, were totally dry so there would be no mold damage. Our Condo Assoc. was extremely impressed with their professionalism, workmanship, and hired this company to do the restoration in my unit, the ones above mine, and the common areas affected. Andy and Kyle, the owners, stopped often to see how everything was going, and answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Karen S. Sent from my iPad
