I had a mechanical issue with a vehicle that i had just purchased on 5/5/23, Reliable truck & auto was referred to me by an outside company to provide towing services approximately 30 miles back to the Dealership which I purchased the vehicle. This Dealership has promised to re-imburse me for the charges, upon receipt/invoice. I have reached out to ******, the employee who provided the service multiple times requesting this. I am now not receiving any response at all when I reach out with the number that was provided. I just need a receipt. After a car accident that was not my fault they towed my car per the police calling them. The insurance company did not do things routinely and due to my Lien on my car I could not get them the title they needed to release my car until I could take care of the process of paying off the car and getting the title to them myself. During this time they racked up a bill for storage they did not contact me to tell me the insurance company refused my car for months. I worked with them to get it taken care of as fast as possible and they were rude and difficult the entire time. They started calling me and harassing me to hurry up and pay my bill even though I already communicated to them exactly what was happening over and over again. I got them the title after having to travel there 3 times for various reasons one being that they were not there even after I called to verify they would be open. They agreed to meet me and I left and came back and they were not there again. They have the title as of August 26th and should have been able to get rid of the car at auction as I was told they would do once the title was received. Today 9/22 I received yet another threatening voicemail saying they are going to take me to court and that I've abandoned my car with them. I will be bringing this up to my lawyer. I am still in the personal injury part of my case and told them they would get paid when that comes through. They say they do not care and continue to call me and keep my car needlessly. I spoke to a police officer in the area for advice on how to deal with them early on and he told me many people have had problems with them. I have never had so much trouble and stress from a company in my life. I've started recording my interactions with them as they are extremely rude. I hope someone can do something.Business response

More contact with her attorney
brought it in 6/17 no contact with her until 7/5 when she finally came in to remove property for vehicle no title
registration came to her we allowed her to remove her things. Insurance never paid the bill- she hasn't paid the bill and its still accumulating storage and towing from the intersection.
