If you are looking to finance DO NOT GO HERE. I was looking at financing a white 2023 chevy trailblazer and was greeted nicely right away by a man named Tony and Don. Don was the sales guy I worked with. Overall really nice person to talk to. But not a great salesman. He said he's been in the automotive field for over 20 years but sales is not his specialty. The finance department.. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. THE LADY DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR COPIES OF MY PAY STUBS OR EVEN TO VERIFY MY EMPLOYMENT. I mean I am no expert, but I think a bank needs to see pay stubs in order to determine a loan. NOT ONLY JUST BASED OFF OF CREDIT. so she either needs to be fired or retrained cuz she had no idea what she was doing. I had other salesmen for other auto dealerships that are friends with my boyfriend say "what?! They didn't even grab copies of your pay stubs?" And not only THAT, these *** clowns claimed that they sent out my information to a "ton" of lenders, well newsflash, I get notifications on my phone when someone is running a credit report on me, and supposedly this place has over 50 lenders, yet only 3 ran my report. Lmaoooo!!!!!!! Oh and to top it off, they wanted $10,000 down. Like what?! Even my boyfriends friend who works at a dealership in waukesha county was like " 10,000?!!!!! Something is not right. Something is fishy. Someone is not doing their job right over there. " My boyfriend who makes ******* per year who was WILLING TO even CO Sign if it helped, they wanted nothing to do with. So I see I am not the only one who had issues, see the lady below. Same car she was trying to get. I will NEVER be doing business here again. They also treated me like I was stupid. Like I make ****** per year. I can afford a 800 dollar car payment crooks lol and you are not going to tell me I can't. Lol. So brush up on your sales and finance team there. If I was the manager, I'd be embarr***ed as **** right now. EMBARRASSED! CLOWNS.Holz Motors, Inc. Response

This past Saturday I was dealing with a sales rep who I had placed $100.00 downpayment with their dealership approximately 2 months ago for a 2023 Chevy Blazer RS. I was told by Ryan, in their finance department about how I either needed a co-signer or $10,000.00 additional to the $3500.00 I already had down. I obtained a co-signer that same evening and was informed the next day my vehicle that I had a deposit on was sold to another guest. I would NOT buy from Holz Chevy and in fact they do not tell the truth to their customers. I had to contact the bank and speak with them regarding the 20+ credit inquiries that hit my credit report when I only gave permission for three. This has been probably my 4-5th experience that was bad with Holz. I would NOT go there and would not recommend. FYI- Ryan was very rude, not friendly and was not helpful in trying to help me figure out numbers, payments, loan amounts. Not sure if he knows what he is doing, but he is not a good resource to ask for financial assistance. They claim to be " well known and sell a lot" I am not sure what they are selling when their finance so called " manager" Ryan was awful. He sure made me feel like I was dumb and a nobody on two separate phone calls. not to mention, I had to come in person to obtain my deposit back, was NEVER offered a apology, nobody spoke with me about how the car was sold from underneath me. In fact I was told by two other dealerships that is " illegal" so I will be looking further into that matter.Holz Motors, Inc. Response

Just dropped my 2017 corvette with less than 20,000 miles off for a whining noise which was diagnosed as a bad belt tensioner (which is what I told them I thought it was) and they came back with a quote of over 650.00 parts and labor. So I called Heiser Chevy and got a quote for less than 285.00 for THE SAME WORK so I called Holz back and talked to my service advisor again and told him what I found out and then he comes back and quotes me over 150.00 cheaper than his original quote. WTF? It was still way over Heiser's quote so needless to say I will NOT be having any service work done at Holz Chevy EVER AGAIN. This is my fourth Corvette I have owned and rest assured I will be going elsewhere for all my repairs, you would think that with the times being as they are in today's day and age (inflation) a service provider would NOT try and rip people off. All I have to say is BUYER BEWARE

We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations with your recent service visit. We have mailed a check to you in the amount of $78.70 to refund the amount you paid Holz Motors for the diagnostics performed on your Corvette, reducing the cost of the entire visit to $0.Review from Jan D

horrible experience. Chris M***** in the service department should have been a con artist. I went to Holtz chevrolet in hales corners for service and left unhappy. my original problem was a body control module $400 part and $250 to program and install. after con man Chris and his team of *** ***** got done with my vehicle diagnostics I was told my vehicle doesn't need body control module and it was a tune up and suspension work I needed. I didn't trust them to get any work done and left with over $300 BILL FOR WHATEVER THEY DID. one I tried to discuss what I was being charged for Chris walked away and came back a few minutes later and said I'd have to $280.or I couldn't leave with my vehicle. I asked to speak with management and was told no management is available on weekends. I was lied to and treated horrible plus overcharged for a diagnostics service $280 to tell me I need a tune up and ball joints.

Mr. D****: You had us diagnose multiple problems with the vehicle including suspension noises in the front and rear of the vehicle, the vehicle not getting up to 30 mph, and the vehicle shaking while driving. You also wanted us to diagnose a check engine light, service Stabilitrac light, and a service traction control system light. There is a diagnostic fee for each concern and we diagnosed the vehicle accordingly. You were also explained the fees and agreed upon initial diagnostic fee of, and signed for the initial $350 + tax for diagnostics at the time of vehicle drop off. If you would like to discuss this further please feel to contact us at any time at 414-425-7180. Thank you, Kevin D**** - Service DirectorReview from D Grn

This is for all prospective customers: I worked in management at Holz Motors for ten years. I later worked for two other GM dealerships in the same position. Of the three dealerships, only Holz Motors is willing and able to work with customers resolving issues. They've been in business for over 100 years and have sold and serviced vehicles for many thousands of customers. Due to their success they can afford to work to resolve legitimate issues with customers. If the customer has an issue with the service writer, the writer will take it up with the service manager. While the service manager is expected to resolve the issue with the customer (not just by saying "no", but rather offering some compromise), an unhappy customer could still ask to talk to the general manager. Please believe me that not all dealerships are the same as far as working with their customers.I could immediately see how poorly ways other dealerships not named **** treated their customers. Bottom line, if you have a legitimate service issue, Holz Motors will work with you to resolve it.Holz Motors, Inc. Response
