In late November 2022 I contracted with Everbrite to to complete work on an exterior sign. They requested a deposit for half the total amount (approximately ****) in March 2023./ That was provided March 23 2023. As of today (October 5th) I have received no contact regarding the scheduling of this sign, when this sign will be completed, nor how my deposit will be return as they have not completed the task within their required timeframes.Customer response

Over the past three months Ive been dealing with Everbrite. The service and support that Ive received has been horrendous. The most recent issue involves me sending multiple emails requesting an update on the vinyl (which was supposed to be expedited) and when it will be installed. I emailed the manager **** and the representative ***** C multiple times and no one has replied back. After calling multiple times I spoke with ************** on Nov. 10th. She informed me that the vinyl was delivered but theres still no scheduled installation date. I emailed both **************, **** (the manager), and the president of the company on Nov. 12th voicing my frustration and asking again about when the vinyl will be installed. I still have not received a response. I would like to know when the vinyl will be installed and when I will receive the interior signage?Business response

This location did experience shipping delays on their order for signage which Everbrite worked to resolve.All site work along with city inspections were completed December 14th.Completion photos were approved by State Farm corporate January 2022, site is now closed. Issue resolved.
