Was told that the registration fee and title transfer were all taken care of in the settlement of a lease purchase 3 weeks ago. Transfer fee was, registration was not. Also sold me a warranty that I still dont have paperwork for. Just another car dealer doing what car dealers do. Oh, and ridiculously high dealer fees aka were taking your money for nothing.

They lied on my deal and said I put more money than I actually had, sold me a lemon, and was in a rental for almost a year, and they ran my credit, acting like they was going to get me out of this vehicle and never happen, even had me driving a truck they didnt even get me in.

I had in mind what type of vehicle I was looking for at Rosen Nissan on S 27th st. I let them know i was in the market for a Buick Encore and as soon as they assigned me a Salesman the very first vehicle he showed me was a KIA and then I expressed my concern that this type of vehicle is Stolen the most and then he goes on to show me how to remove a fuse which will cause the vehicle not to start. Next thing i knew he is having my mom and I sign for credit report and came back approved. Knowing that this vehicle is known to be stolen another person comes and attempts to sell me a hightech alarm system for the KIA and as they say guaranteed not to be stolen. So he offered to take off $5K of the sticker price but then added back onto price of the high tech alarm system drove the price way past the original sticker price plus more. They wanted bank statements from my mom (she is retired) and 1 check stub from myself. I knew in my mind that I was not going to purchase the KIA anyways. Our time at the dealership was more than 3 1/2 hours of wasted time. Also I noticed that there were people of color there and KIA was the only vehicle they was pushing off to sell them and yes there was Caucasion people there that was offered other vehicles. That was a turn off for me so we did not return . Then I was told that the check that was made for down payment was for $1000.00 it would take more than 2 weeks to get a refund check for the down payment. The check for down payment was a local check and I know that it only takes 2-3 business days for a check to clear a credit union.

I bought a 2022 carnival kia! The sliding door would open automatically while I was driving home going 70 on the freeway (11 times)!! I found out there was a recall and brought it in! It took me several pages to get a hold of someone to talk to prior to bringing it in! It was fixed and I then had it happen again! Same exact thing!!! Not even one month latter!!! I brought it back 35 miles w the door opening on the express way! If my granddaughter would have been sitting in the second row, God only knows what would have happened!!! I talked to Mr. Rosen hoping for some resolution but he never even called me back! He told me he stands behind his name but he clearly doesn’t. I left the vehicle there and took a $9,000 loss! I still have no car!!

******** EXPERIENCE WITH *** ******* DEPARTMENT. My car was towed in on Saturday May 29th NOBODY called me or even looked at it in 9 working days!!! I had to call every other day to see if anything was done. I finally had to get another tow truck JUNE 10th to pick it up because it wasn't starting and take to another *** dealership in which they called me the same day and looked at the car. I will never go back...."
