We have always bought leather couches for their durability because we had dogs and kids.This is our first leather couch post dogs and kids. It stained in the first 6 mos and nothing would clean it. There were no known spills either. I took the cushions into the store and the reps there were very dismissive. They referred me to customer service, and the result of their investigation was to quote a price for 3 new cushions. Nothing about reviewing the manufacturing records or anything.It was an expensive sectional. I wont ever shop here again and let my friends know as well.

This customer has owned this product since 08/28/21. Customer contacted us on 10/5/2023 stating they have applied after *************** to this leather. The customer has never previously reached out for issues with this furniture. We have worked with the manufacturer and determined there is no breakdown of the product. The customer's issues are in relation to **************** products they apply which us as the retailer have no control over. We did give a customer a quote to order parts to fix their issue. Penny Mustard is the most racist, stereotyping store and staff (*******************************) that I have ever had the horrible experience of coming in contact with in my life. I visited this store to purchase a 16k bedroom set. The sales person questioned me twice about my ability to afford the bedroom set. *** then tells me she needs 25% down to order the bedroom set for ME, I later find out that this is not the case, the store requires the sales tax to be paid on custom orders along with approval for a credit deal. Then when I asked for a color sample to take home and return she wanted to charge me ***** and told me it was a wine holder. So when you spend 16k and want to confirm the color you have to purchase a board with a hole it for *****. Oh, I forgot to explain, I showed up in dirty sweat pants and shirt. Clearly she stereotyped me because the next day when I returned she didn't recognize me and told me a completely different story. I'm pretty sure if I were black she would have called the cops on me. Don't waste your money with this type of store, just boycott them from any future

This is an old review but making sure there was a response on record. Our company does require a 25% deposit for purchases for all customers. We do sell samples/wine holders for $19.99. Customers can use at home to verify the finish selected will match and have the option to return for a full refund of the sample/wine holder after use.
