******* driver drove on private property which was clearly marked and had no permission to be on. When I asked him to leave he continued to use my driveway as the means to pull out their client. This caused damages to my property and ******* refuses to accept any responsibility.Business response

We were called to pull out a truck that was stuck at the address of ********************* in *******. This address now seems to be the address for the complainant. Something was being built and the delivery truck was stuck in what is supposed to be his driveway. My driver stated that the supposed complainant came out and told driver he wanted to get out of a driveway and did not state that it was his driveway and then continued to yell at my driver who was trying to pull out the stuck delivery truck. My driver stated that something was being built and it was not a driveway it was a road. My driver also stated that based on this road he could only pull the truck out from one direction because of the road angle. When we received the first email the complainant did not even give his address or phone so we had no idea who he even was. We were contacted by the trucking company directly to winch this vehicle out. After receiving the address for the complainant we then asked for his phone number to talk to him about it. After receiving the phone number we called and he did not answer. Now out of the blue he is bashing us about some marks in the road. After another attempt to call him he did not answer the phone again. He did respond to a voicemail and said don't ever come on my property again. If this is his supposed property it appears he set the delivering truck driver up to fail in the first place.
