This man is a con artist. He lies about the work he will do and never or rarely shows up. He showed up long enough to tear my roof off and leave everything laying on the ground. I had to clean it up myself. He left part of my roof bare and it stormed and leaked very badly and stil did not show up, I had to fix that myself. He made promises to show up the following morning to finish the job but never did. He did that for a week and when I realized he was never going to finish, I ended up hiring someone else to finish my roof. I gave him $3650 out of $5000 because he kept begging for more money even though the agreement was supplies before and the rest of the money after. He didn't even get new plywood for my roof, he got some he found that was warped, full of nails and swollen. Then he accused me of stealing it when I used part of a piece to fix the roof he left bare so that I could put some protection over it. He threatened to hit me in the head with a shovel and many many other things. I just do not think he should have an A+ rating on here. That is what made me think he was a safe person to use. He said he is licensed and insured and lied about that too. Now that my roof is done, he is threatening me because I refused to give him the rest of the money when he didn't even put one shingle on my roof.
