I signed up for a one time core-aeration last year for my lawn. This year on 9/13/2023 they showed up and started doing my lawn again. I talked to the individual doing it, and told him I did not ask or what the service, he said there was no payment due and he would notify his manager.Today, 10/20/2023 I received $116.26 bill for the service. I called customer service and the person was very rude and stated he would send it to collections and that I had signed up for yearly service. This business is super shady and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them.Business response

************* ordered an aeration with Spring-Green Lawn Care on October 7, 2022 and the service was performed. All of ************'s service renew from year to year service to service. However since ************* only received one service in 2022, Spring-Green Lawn Care should have called him before. Because there was a communication failure on Spring-Green's part. ************** is not liable to pay the bill and Spring-Green has zero out and has his account cancelled.
************* has asked for refund but we do not show a payment was received. We ask that ************** doesn't send any payment in and we will take care of the bill.

On 8/26/21 Spring Green came to do a summer fertilizer and spot treated the weeds. The weeds did not die, so not sure where they spot treated. When calling to question, they said they would send him out to do my next scheduled treatment right away and that would contain weed control. I told them I do not want my lawn fertitilized again so soon, I want them back to treat the weeds that they did not treat. He kept telling me they have a rush on my next treatment and will get it taken care of then. I again stated that is not right, and he said they did me a favor which was above and beyond to treat my weeds when he came. I hired this service so I would not have weeds in my yard. I should not have my next application applied to care for this problem. They need to complete the service like they should have on 8/26/21. I expressed I will not be back next year and he said ok. Very unprofessional and not helpful.Business response

Spring-Green Lawn Care did perform a summer lawn care application to ******'s property on 8/26/21. Our summer lawn application consist of a granular fertilizer and with spot spraying weeds. I don't know who ****** talked to on the telephone when she called about her weeds not dying, but it is Spring-Green's policy with our full program customers for free service calls. Our representative on the telephone made a mistake. Spring -Green will go back and spray ******'s entire yard with weed control free of charge.Customer response
