Called and inquired about purchasing Memphis mojo 8" subwoofer and Chevrolet Silverado truck box from owner, showed up that day to pay for purchase and set date for install. During installation there was improper installation that required me to come back weeks later to have safety belt for rear passenger installed properly as it was no longer accessible after install. Owner provided receipt and never discussed restocking fees or return policy. Weeks later I had called to inform owner that I needed a car box for the subwoofers instead of the truck box installed as I do not have the vehicle requested an exchange or restocking of the item. Owner did not mention return policy but suggested I try to sell them to get my money back. After hanging up and feeling like my business was not wanted because an exchange could have been made for the right box or restocking fee could of been applied or offered I asked friends to see if they could help me recoupe my losses. I called today and revisited this conversation out of frustration and was told they do not have these boxes I needed any longer but could order them. I am not interested paying more for items I do not need or being asked for email addresses to send me receipt to as the return and restocking policy was not visible to me during purchase. I requested my original receipt or copy be sent to my mailing address within 7-8 business days owner said they do not want to pay the 50 cents for the stamp and need to look to see if they can find it and that they get rid of them monthly although I known hey have record on their computers. I insisted they must have record for the *** showing income and to please send it to me. I would like to be refunded for my purchase as an exchange and policy was not discussed or shown to me at time of purchase
