I really got lucky with Sarah ***********. As a first-time home buyer, things can get very confusing and hectic, but Sarah made it so much easier for me. She was always there to help me out and even reply to emails at midnight! The seller that we had, wanted to have a finance period a week faster than usual and Sarah was always quick on her end. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and I will definitely reach out to her again in the future.Review from Royce P

Sarah at McGlone is absolutely amazing. We recently purchased a home in this crazy market and I am confident that without Sarah this process would have been a nightmare. She was with us every step of the way and always having our best interest in mind. She provided great service and was very responsive. In addition, She helped us lower our rate and saved us on closing costs right before closing. If you want great service and a smooth process when it comes to anything related to your home work with McGlone and Sarah.

This used to be a good company. Just finished a review with them. They shorted us several thousand dollars. At closing we were going to get some money back as the refi amount was higher than the payoff amount. A month later nothing. I started asking, and dozens of emails later they still do not understand. Horrible. Filing in small claims next.Review from Robert M

I can echo much of the positive sentiment from other people I read here. But adding my own thoughts, we refinanced with McGlone mortgage this month. Took exactly 28 days, their team, both originator (Melody) and loan processor (Leslie) were on top of everything right from the start. McGlone offered a fantastic rate and we are thrilled to have encountered this team. Can I give them 6 Stars?

We just closed on our new home with help from Melody and McGlone Mortgage Group. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They saved us a TON of money from the other companies that we had previously spoken with. They had the best rates, they threw in lender credits at closing. They were extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. All in all, it was just a great experience working with Melody, Leslie, and McGlone Mortgage Group, and we will absolutely work with them again in the future

For the most part, McGlone was relatively easy to work with on getting my home refinanced. The whole process took about 5 weeks from start to finish. My issue was my mortgage loan being sold to another company before I even had made a payment. I get it's in the contract, but I put in a lot of time researching for the right company. Another plus though (a minus for McGlone) was the ease of paying online with the new company in comparison. Just disappointed more than anything else. I'm just glad I won't develop trust issues in the future over this....probably.Review from Eduardo R

Ever heard of a re-fi closing in ~10 biz days ?!!! Me neither until I ran into Jared "Dap" G******** and McGlone. I'm still in shock from how easy and transparent the refi process with Dap went. From beginning to end nothing but the facts were being relayed with a level of efficiency that would put most mortgage groups to shame. I'm not exaggerating either. I would recommend Dap and McGlone to ANYONE I know. Thanks Dap! Big Kudos to McGlone's online system for collecting documents as well. Super smooth process and really reduces the headache of a transaction like this. Thanks again!!!!

Sarah H********** was really easy to work with and very accommodating. She was available day and night to answer your questions. She walked me completely through the process making the loan very easy. I will call on her for any future loan requirements that I have.
