    Im requesting my deposit from Bieck management or adjustment of deposit from a rental unit on august 5 ***** I put in an 30 day notice for September 5 how ever I was completely moved out on September 1 I sent text messages and emails telling the property management that I will be out on the first which they knowledge and were okay with I have video evidence and text messages to prove my complaint as well as I did receive an letter stating that they wanted me to be responsible for the Septembers rent which I didnt not understand why I would be responsible for a whole another month I feel that this property management has poor business tactics as well in that same letter Bieck management stated they would show the rental unit until it can be rented Again Bieck management never showed the property while I was a resident nor after I left the rental unit. The rental unit was never put on to any third party site nor their own site I feel I should have my whole deposit if not an adjusted amount due to them knowing I was gone and out of the unit on September 1 also I made phone calls to Bieck manger trying to give back keys to the rental unit which they only rely on one person which is the maintenance man for the unit i texts messages to prove I was out of the unit and ready to give back the keys which I got no response. With my job have I dont get off work until 4/5 pm so I would always miss the property management to give the keys back due to their maintenance man not responding to me so I made the decision to givethe keys back directly to Bieck management on September 10 I was off and made my way to the property managements office and gave them the keys with no issues I had no access to the unit after the 10th of September how can I be responsible for a whole month even when I didnt have access for the whole month of September if we cant resolve this civilly I will be taking my complaint to court

    Company is worthless!!Took over management from a prior company that was managing our apartment complex and they absolutely do the minimum. The maintenance worker is dibbling with tenants and they raise your rent but when you call about things needing fixing they act like youre bothering them. **** tries to over talk you and has a smart mouth, also this the first company I ever rented that doesnt give rent receipts. Had a call returned about some prior issues that needed to be done at my house and he said well you did follow the chain of command but if that doesnt work then contact us because maintenance can get busy. He then laughed and said yes thats right thats what we do collect and raise rent and dont fix anything. I asked was he being sarcastic, he replied no Im trying to help! Well thats not helping. I wish the owner would go back to prior rental commpany
