Terrible experience with this company. Damage to property during fall clean-up(perennials pulled up by roots), mulching(hose yanked off of caddy when moving it) lawn mowing( metal border detached, plants run over), grass cut so short it created brown bare spots, failure to mow every week yet billed for service, double billed, failure to edge yet billed, Emails with pics to company. Owner said “It’s just a lawn”. Called me rude. You will be put on speaker phone when you talk to the owner.

Hi *****, after viewing your complaint and looking into your issues we have come to the conclusion that you are not being honest with your comments. We did not see the damage that you are describing. Also we have looked into quickbooks on our system and do not see any instances of charging your credit card twice for the same service as we keep all records in our system. In addition after looking up the mowing records with our technician we can see that your yard has been being mowed every week this season and you have only been billed for visits where we show the exact start and stop times from our logs. In addition after talking to several of our valued employees, we have become aware of your abusive and bullying behavior to several of our female office employees. This is clearly not acceptable and must stop as we hold high standards for ourselves and expect the same standards of behavior from our valued customers. If this continued harassment and bullying continues we will notify the proper authorities to deal with this. We truly do hope that whatever issues that you are dealing with in life you will be able to find the help that you need to stop harassing, attacking and bullying others who are simply trying to do the jobs without feeling afraid or threatened.

Your business absolutely sent me bills for the following:1) Edging (never done. Work done by my son as addressed to you in an email). Result: removed from invoice AFTER I addressed it with your staff. No complaints of bullying at that time.2) Last snowplowing. Sent an invoice TWICE for the same job. Paid the first one online via quickbooks. A few months later, I was sent a duplicate invoice. Spoke with office personal. She identified a "problem with your transfer to the cloud". She asked me to resubmit any proof of payment I had. I reviewed my emails and sent my quickbooks receipt. Never heard another word. No complaints of bullying. The conversation was fine, as I identified I had already paid it. No complaints of bullying at this time.3) Damage to property. Stand by it. Identified it to your company via email, with pictures. No offers or comments to rectify any of it.4) Mowing was NOT done every week. Two other people mowed my lawn on two occasions. First occasion, your crew showed up on different days every week, starting with a Wed, when I emailed you that I had already cut the lawn for that week (as we were having company). Did not show up by 10:00 on Sat so a friend of the family mowed the lawn. Your guy pulled up but it was already done. The second time was the week before the 4th, when my son mowed the lawn on Sunday as he noticed it was unmowed. 5) The first week your crew mowed the lawn I was home and watched them try to run their commercial equipment up a thin path up the side of our house and the neighbors house, running over some newly planted hosta on our side of the house and, upon backing up, catching the mower on the neighbors iron edging and dislodging it into the pathway. Did not address it with workers, but emailed you, with pictures. No response or attempt to address it.They apparently did not have a push mower at the time. On a later date, when they arrived, I met them outside the house and said they were not to take the big mower up the side of the house. They said they now had a push lawn mower, so we agreed to start backyard mowing in July. No complaints of bullying at this time.6) Your office staff, in an email to me, sarcastly requoted my the use of term contract, saying they reviewed my "contract", in that I had a specific price for lawn cutting set the previous fall, which you were at the time trying to increase. I had also paid $250 downpayment in the fall, again partially towards overseeding, which was never done, and which then incurred a phone call on my part in late October to just cancel it. Which you agreed to. No complaints of bullying. So you had better watch your defamation, on top of your yard maintenance and invoicing practices, which you admitted on two separate phone calls were a problem for your business due to a "transfer to the cloud."
