The only reason for the one star is because their lack of scheduling management. It has started again. Long waits. I was told today the wait would be about 2 hours then wait for a bed. Total the entire process is approximately 4 hours. Ridiculous. Even with the long wait, there are many times that could still be scheduled. They allow multiple people to schedule every 5 minutes. Suggestion. If you cant handle the volume that is allowed to schedule, reduce the allowed scheduling times. Very frustrated with corporates management. Staff is great. They need help in the ******* **** center, 3 hours from appointments times to final unhook, complete donation. Ridiculous. I used to be in and out in 45 minutes 2 years ago. What happened???Review from Pedro S.

If you are transgender do not go there. Even if you have everything changed they still have to misgender you on your profile and one of the questions during screening what were you born as. I donate at a few other plasma centers and they do not ask that question and they do not change my gender because they are all legally changed.Review from Anonymous

Wow. Just dont go to this facility. If you watch how they run the front desk, you will not trust them to touch you.They do not do covid checks.No one was 6 feet apart. Bathrooms were filthy. It took one of their associates 40 minutes to schedule an appointment for 2 people. 3 people who walked in after me were taken before me, even though I had an appointment. They seemed to know these people, so I guess that is why they were so special. Do not waste your time. Go to another center.Review from Daniel K

Been donating for several years and while compensation is fair the booking and app are absolute trash. For last 6 months the company(not employees) treats doners like ******. the appointments that should take 45 minutes have been on average an hour and 45 minutes due to overbooking and just standing around in line. This could all be fixed with limiting bookings at specific time slots. Which coming from someone who programs for a living would take all of 50 hours to add to app and websites. So obviously wasting 100s of hours of donors means nothing to the corporationReview from CD

If the donation site was only a few minutes away, no problem when they turn you away from donating on a particular day but it took me 45 minutes to get to them every time and since they are so busy, I'm in line for over an hour just to be told I can't donate due to a temperature they say I have that I dont or my BP is too high when if it truly was that high, I should be having a **** but I was not. Half the employees really nice but others should get a new job because they clearly dont like the one they got."
