Jan 2022 spoke with ******* was told to friend them $400.00 to reserve my puppy. Puppy was delivered April 15th 2022 Paid cash as I was asked to do so $2600.00 Was told I would get the *** papers in a month or so. I have an open case with the *** due to the fact that the sellers sold me a Imported German Shepherd World class *** puppy with no papers. There are many people out there that did not get their *** papers since this breeder has not properly registered ANY litters from the Sire or Dam for my puppy and others that were bred with them.When I asked the owners in late Aug 2022 when I could expect my papers. I was ignored by them. They were selling on ******** so I left a review. A one star rating for poor communication. Within a hour...I was sent 3 very nasty emails, then they posted on ******** defamation statements running my family and house down. I filed a report with the police ***** They told me to contact *** to file a report and to find a lawyer for *******, ***** false statements and the *** papers. I reported them to consumer affairs, I left reviews online. This day 9/27/2022 the sire and dam are still not properly registered. This is a husband and wife business and the wife was very unhinged and so full of hate after I left my review. It wasn't nasty either. I have every email from beginning till the end, every text or lack of. Someone on ******** reported the post about my family and their selling page was taken down immediately. They started another page and that was taken down also.I am now looking into legal action unless this is resolved soon. I will not call them after what they said about me and my family. They left this situation open for a lawsuit. lack of *** papers and Defamation.Business response

This letter is in regards to ********************* claims. First and foremost as I write this email, ************************* papers have arrived along with a check for the registration fees.We read ******* complaints and thank you for allowing us to comment. ****** mentioned us asking for cash. Everyone of our families have been told the same thing. Sadly, we had 2 families that we allowed to write out checks with Nonsufficient funds and we were never able to retrieve the money or our puppies back. This left us no choice but to ask for either cash or a cashiers check for a final payment. Our families typically use PayPal for deposits. In order for a family to not be charged for a payment through PayPal, we give them that option to pay through friends and family. We have also had families that chose to pay the fee. We always leave that choice up to our families. I discussed the payment process with ****** and she said she would just have ********************* offered $200 for delivering the puppy. I told her my sister lived very close by and she didnt have to do that, I knew she couldnt drive to our home so I wanted to make it as easy I could for her. She insisted on paying the extra $200, I thought it was very kind of her but now what I thought was kind has lead into it being used against me. ****** claims we took advantage of her disabilities on so many levels. Having disabilities myself, that is something that I would never do to anyone. ******* claim that I ran down her family is not true. It was never about her family.We are still continuing daily to work on the damage that has been done and what some of her lies have put us through. ****** claimed that I switched puppies and that the puppy she did get was sick. Not once did I hear about any of this after her having the puppy for months until recently. She claimed her vet looked at pictures and said the puppies were not the same, but yet on a past email she said she didnt have faith in her vet so she wanted to ask me a number of questions. We have never nor would we ever switch puppies for anyone. We were in complete shock to say the least to read what ****** accused us of doing. Prior to sending our puppies home they are seen by the best Veterinarian that is not only a specialist but very well known. (************************/team) We have a thorough check up done as well as the puppies first vaccinations. *************** has put a review on ****** about our breeding program, we have worked with her and her team for many years and they all know the love and dedication that we put into our breeding program. We also have a wonderful hip/health guarantee and with this guarantee that all of our families sign there is a supplement that everyone needs to order. It clearly states that we will be notified when our families order it and if they dont, their guarantee is void. I contacted the company and they were not able to find an order from ****** (unless someone else ordered it) they searched by address as well as phone number. This was very disappointing because we take so much pride in giving all of our puppies the healthiest start in life. My hope is that, ****** did order it and it was just missed.Our business ******** page was shut down twice. The second page was shut down the day after setting it up. We didnt even have an opportunity to post anything on it, so the claim that we primarily sell puppies on ******** is completely untrue. We have had our professional website for many years. We enjoy having the ******** for our families to reach out to us as well as enjoy our puppy videos and pictures. Throughout the years we have made incredible friendships with our families and now these families are continually reaching out to us asking why were not on ******** anymore.We felt the need to get a lawyer involved because of some of the accusations towards us were untrue.Unfortunately the *** papers took an extended amount of time due to the fact Quara was not DNA tested. In the past every dog was tested and I was able to register the import dog with no question. We will no longer take for granted that every import dog is DNA tested.We will be eternally sorry for the time it took for ****** to receive her *** papers. We would also appreciate this to be resolved. Throughout this process we have learned a great deal and we will always try to improve on everything we do.
