Related to project #********.Quote was prepared under my wife's name, ****************************************** for work signed in June 2021. I have reached out to **** Asphalt 5 times since March 2022 inquiring on the quoted project. The last three inquires were asking for an estimated date for the work to begin. I always leave a message and am told "the project manager" is really busy but will call you back. The last call was several weeks ago and I made it clear I don't need a start day, rather an estimated MONTH the work would begin. We have other projects that we need to plan cash flow for and **** will not provide any communication or follow up.

We are doing our best to communicate with our customers this year regarding labor and material shortages and resulting scheduling delays. We sincerely apologize for not properly communicating those challenges and their affect on your project.
The ******* & ************************* (Project#********) driveway is currently scheduled for completion by the end of August 2022. Please expect a call from your Project Manager the first week of August (or sooner) with a more specific start date. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call our office.
